This couch was such a pleasant surprise! We were looking for something for my office that would be easily converted when we have guests, and we came across this couch. I was hesitant to purchase it due to the price being as low as it is (I worried it was going to look/feel cheap), but we needed something quickly so we just went ahead and ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived! Set up was really easy with two people (it couldn't have taken us more than 20 minutes to put together) and the couch is cute and very comfortable. It's incredibly easy to pull out into a bed and feels quite cozy. (In full transparency, we purchased a mattress topper just to give it more of a "bed" feel, but you definitely don't need one - it's firm, but pretty comfy on its own.) I think this couch is a great deal for the price and is something that we definitely plan on keeping for a while. It's perfect for the space and can comfortably fit two adults when pulled out. As a couch, it's super comfy, and as a bed, it's perfect for guests. I would definitely recommend this - if you're on the fence, go for it!! ... show more

Am I the only one who got 2 boxes without the manual? I opened the boxes, the cushions, etc and there are no instructions on how to assemble this sofa.. I need the manual.. I am revising my review to emphasize the exceptional customer service that I received. I was given a PDF copy of the manual and a side table to address my difficulties. I appreciated the gesture. This couch has alot of pros. It's significantly more convenient and comfortable than the air mattress situation I was dealing with when I had overnight guests. The frame folds out pretty easily, although one of the screws does catch on the side, but a little wiggling gets it free. The cushions right out of the box are firm but comfortable to lay on. They are a bit thinner than I would like, so i might opt to get a foam mattress topper and fold it up under the cushions while it's in "couch mode." I'm also hoping the pillows and cushions will fluff up a bit after being out for a few days. I really like that the cushions are the width of the couch so there's no crack in the middle to sink in or lose things in. The front lip of the bottom piece holds the cushions in place very well when it's fully extended and I don't feel the metal grates under my back. The fabric is extremely soft and looks easy to clean. There are a few cons. The couch is very low to the ground but because of the way it pulls out it's not possible to swap out the legs for taller/ more stylish ones. The back part of the couch is very thin, and although mostly hidden by the cushions, it looks very cheap when the couch is fully extended. Finally, I ordered the gray color but somehow it's about a shade darker than my light beige carpet. It's definitely not grey and not realistic to return. ... show more

The sofa is great. Shipping was fast and everything came. Instructions could be a little better but was easy to build once you understand the instructions. This couch was not what I expected it to be. First thing I don't like about it is that the pull out doesn't lock into place also that when putting it back together as a couch it doesn't lock up the place either so I keep slipping out. There should have been a locking mechanism for this instead of just using a screw as the manual described. I also don't like that the mattress slips off from the frame. It should have been something added for that as well, like the corners at the end of the couch could have been raised enough where the mattress locks into place and doesn't slip out. Also, the resting pillows on sidearms and the back of the counts are not stuffed enough. There is very little stuffing in them, and it still creates a discomfort when leaning back and using the armrest Another dislike is that there is no back panel to cover the back of the couch. The bottom metal is exposed, and this couch is more to put something against the wall. Something also should have been done about the slippery legs on this couch.
