Great mantel. Instructions are a bit wrong though. Not too hard if you’re used to putting stuff together. But use the QR code to show you which parts go where. Fireplace looks great but had a problem with it after 2 days. Seller responded promptly and is sending a new one to replace it no questions asked which is all you can ask for. Arrived with a corner bash on the mantle and on one of the inside panels . Also a screw missing to attach the fire to the frame . Didn’t realise the mantle was damaged till I had assembled it . Some of the pilot holes were not pushed through . One of the screws was missing to hold the fire in place with the mantle . I plugged it in and it looked great the next day it won’t come on . To get a refund I have to send it back . How am I to do that once I spent three hours putting it together . What a night mare !! ... show more

    • Difficult but possible
The media could not be loaded. Difficult to assemble poor directions poor video directions. However, it similar to ikea furniture I made a tons of mistakes and had to take it apart and do it again. That being said I was able to put it together by myself
