I have always been curious about the art of tattoo, and now thanks to the Autdor Professional Training Set, I have an opportunity to try my hand at it. Admittedly I am very new to this, but found this kit to contain very useful stater items! I really like what is in this kit, but I wish they had included “transfer paste” to allow the transfer of my designs from the “tattoo paper” to skin. In my kit, some of the tattoo transfer papers were damaged, but they are generously large, so it has not been a problem to work around the damage with smaller designs. The size of the tattoo papers allows me to draw multiple smaller designs on each sheet. The practice skin is not only a great idea, but looks and feels almost real! Using the included tattoo tape to hold the practice skin on a willing person, I gain the appreciation of what it is like to try to work on a living moving canvas! The bibs were a nice touch! They absolutely save clothing from ink drips as I am still new to this! The 3 sizes of ink cups are also nice since trying multiple colors and even mixing colors becomes so much easier with so many cups to practice with! I I will have to get used to the machine covers, but adding some of the tatto tape to the outside aids to make a grip wherever you need it! I included a picture of the unopened package. It is big! I also included a picture of the items in the kit. There is at least one of each item in the photo, but please note that there are a lot of extras of some of the items as listed in the Amazon product description. I do not know if I will ever be good enough to actually tattoo people, so this kit gives me a chance to practice with an abundance of useful items that all come in one purchase. I am also thinking of the practical use of all of the items in this kit for alternative use in henna, especially when it comes to cosplay! I am really liking what came in this kit. I like the quality of the items and the generous number of useful stater items! In my opinion, this was a great kit to order, and I found it gave me a lot to work with!

The standout for me is the set of 10 fake skin sheets. They’re thicker and more “skin-like” than the flimsy versions I’ve used before. They hold ink well, don’t tear easily, and give enough resistance that it actually builds the right hand feel. Perfect for line work, shading, and experimenting with depth. The 50 sheets of stencil paper are also a big win. They transfer cleanly and let you redo designs as often as you need. Great for getting comfortable with creating consistent stencils. The variety of extras: 300 ink caps, 200 machine covers, grip tape, and dental bibs makes this feel like a small tattoo supply cabinet in a box. It’s the kind of “little stuff” you never think to buy as a beginner but absolutely need once you start practicing regularly. I appreciated the inclusion of machine covers and dental bibs because it helps build good habits from the start. Even when practicing on fake skin, learning to maintain a clean workspace is important. For the amount included, this kit delivers excellent value. You can practice dozens of designs before needing to restock anything. A Couple Thoughtful Tips for New Users: Use a very light hand at first. Fake skin can take a lot of ink, and going too deep will muddy your lines. Warm the fake skin slightly before using it; it makes the texture feel even more realistic. Tape the practice skin to a round surface (like a water bottle) to simulate working on an actual limb. If you’re just starting out and want a reliable, well-rounded practice kit that helps you build good technique and good habits, this one is a smart purchase. It’s easy to use, comprehensive, and gives you everything you need to get real practice time in without spending a fortune. Highly recommend for beginners and hobbyists alike!

This practice kit is a great set for beginning or seasoned artists alike, with the large assortment of supplies being a great way to get started or to restock your setup. The dental bibs came with a couple that were torn a bit, but most were in normal condition. Similar is to be said about the transfer paper, with a few of the sheets coming somewhat crumpled, but most were perfectly fine. The cohesive bandages, ink caps, and machine covers are all acceptable quality and condition. I found the 1.3mm practice skins to be a tad on the thin side for what I'm used to, but they function as expected and provide a good medium for practicing.

I picked this up for practice and it includes a lot of basics. The fake skin sheets are thick enough to take ink without tearing, and the transfer paper worked with my printer. The kit has plenty of caps and covers, so you do not run out after a few sessions. It is helpful to have everything in one box instead of buying bits separately. The dental bibs are handy for keeping the station clean. The fake skins are a little stiff, so I taped them to the table to keep them from sliding. The grip tape roll is short but useful for a few setups. The transfer paper is decent, though I had to press a little harder for clear lines. For a beginner kit, it feels like a good value and lets you practice without worrying about supplies. It is not premium studio quality, but it is a solid starter bundle to learn and experiment. I like that there are enough caps to practice without constantly washing and reusing them.
