Many of our candles, including this one feature a patented flame that distinguishes them from the run of the mill window candelabra. Our patented flame produces a soft, warm white glow that will be the talk of your street this holiday season. Simply slide the switch up or down to toggle between steady on and flicker flame. The sensor turns the candelabra on at dusk, or when it senses darkness. Timer function is now activated. Timer will turn candolier off 8 hours later, or sensor will turn candolier off if light is sensed before 8 hours. Candelabra operates on 3 D batteries (not included). 70-day battery life. Batteries are installed in the base of the unit, providing stability from tipping off your windowsill.

We ordered multiple sets of these candles for Christmas decorations in our windows. They were so beautiful! The base is plastic, but once the batteries are inserted, they're quite sturdy & looked like brass. They come on at dusk & shut themselves off. Bought a few of these to celebrate Hanukkah with family, apparently they’re missing a few candles, 7 to be exact. Don’t know because not Jewish, but still great light output. 4 out of 5 to cover the cost of buying extra candles for Hanukkah.
