After using it for a week, this little light has done a great job. It’s good for a small area of plants you are trying to grow. It’s perfect for anyone starting out and getting plants ready inside. I’m excited to have some starter plants in the winter. Great start!

The reason I purchased these lights are because the blue light promotes root growth, I have a garden center that is grown with grow lights and the pink and white are for flower growth and the blue for root. Hope this helps
