I can't really afford an electric wheelchair. This one was much less expensive than the norm. This one, at the time, had five ratings all five star. They weren't the vine ratings so I hoped some of them were real. I got the chair two weeks later than it was promised. The person I'd gotten to assemble it wasn't available any longer. The number for customer service no longer worked. The company apparently no longer exists. I have a nice looking chair. The manual that came with it is for another model. I’ll update once I hear back from seller. Package arrived with a hole in box. As my husband picked it up part of the tools and a screw fell out and we noticed the bottom of box had a hole and the anti tip wheel was out and broken. Hopefully they will send a replacement part. Also the chair is heavy and too heavy for my family to lift in my car. I am researching a ramp for me to load it in the back of my suv. It folds super easy and drives nice. I hope this helps my mother. Sadly I missed the NO RETURNS part. It’s been over 2 weeks and seller hasn’t sent parts or replied. I’ll update if that changes. ... show more
