Overpowered, Oversold, and Overhyped I really wanted to like this bike, but from the moment it arrived, it felt like more trouble than it was worth. The box was huge and beat-up, and several parts were rattling around loose inside. Assembly was not as “quick” as advertised — the instructions were vague, and I had to guess my way through half the process. Once I finally got it put together, the problems continued. The dual-motor setup sounds impressive on paper, but in real use it was jerky and unpredictable. The throttle response was either all-or-nothing, making it hard to control at low speeds. Even the pedal assist had strange power surges that made the bike feel unsafe in tighter areas. The suspension knocks on bumps, and the front fork doesn’t feel like it can handle the weight of the bike plus the heavy battery. Speaking of weight, this thing is extremely heavy. Moving it around my garage felt like dragging a small motorcycle, not an e-bike. The battery latch also didn’t consistently lock, and it took multiple attempts every time just to get the pack seated. I didn’t get anywhere near the advertised range, even on flat ground — more like half of what was promised. Customer support technically responded, but the “solutions” I got were generic copy-and-paste answers that didn’t address the actual problems. For the price, I expected much better. Bottom line: Too heavy, poorly tuned, and not nearly as refined as advertised. I regret this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made. ... show more
