So far, a great ebike. I live in Arizona, so I got my first flat at 25 miles from a goathead, if you don't know what a goat head is, look it up. The stock tires and tubes are horribly thin and I had to buy new ones. This is standard I from what I have read, all ebikes come with crappy stock tires and tubes. Oh well. The bike is powerful enough to propell me up to 40 miles an hour. The bike looks great, and handles well. Battery life is as advertised, good value for money. Only gave it a 4 rating because when researching the bike it tells you it's for off-road use also. When you get the bike it says not waterproof. I planned on using it off-road fOR hunting and still will. As far as the bike it is well built easy to set up, instructions could be better and it is fast. I wasn't at full throttle and was going 33MPH. (Not for use by kids) If it was waterproof I would have given it a 5 Rating. ... show more

Luggage rack needed to be bent in order for it to fit. No phone carrier and seat pokes me in the back. Otherthen that still, iam still testing the speed and can only go 29 to 30 mph. I ordered a wilder seat and bought my own phone carrier.

Couple things that stand out is the fact that im only 6' 1" and it is not a comfortable ride. It has you leaning forward to much no matter how you adjust the seat..Another thing is that the Throttle is not the thumb type but the handlebar/motorcycle type. So consequently there are times while riding that we are really " holding " on because this bike is so fast and our throttle hand is actually giving more Throttle because of the Gforce.. This bike is very fast, wear a DOT APPROVED Helmet.. Also, in my state this bike isnt even classified as an Ebike its so fast ! In Cali that means any bike with a motor greater than 750w isnt an Ebike and these have two !! lol... Pedal assist only above 20mph it doesnt qualify as an Ebike. Top assisted speed is more than 28mph so no Ebike rating. Fully operable pedals which we have and a class label..SO to be legal folks we must have a Drivers License, Registration, License Plate Insurance DOT approved Helmet. So, they can write us up for unregistered motor vehicle, a Citation for no license if you dont have one, Citation for no insurance, Equipment violations and possible impoundment ! ( I got that info off Microsofts Co Pilot ) Also beware that in Cali these bikes are not allowed on bike paths !! They must use the designated street lanes..And,,, if a Cop see's you exceeding 28 mph be ready to get stopped and pay !! Even though this site along with most of the rest do not share this info with the buyers !! I would Check your own states law because they are really stepping up the enforcement of the " Light Motorcycles " and/ or Mopeds rules . And there are so many complaint's and serious accidents they are forced to ! Just check out Social Media, ( especially that site Next Door ) and you will see.. So hence, the 3 stars, plus the fact that the Throttle stick's on " go " sometimes but I can probably fix that or it would have gotten 2 realistic stars ! This is a really good bike though, good Welds, good customer service, even returned my messages, and as I said its really fast ! But that high speed isnt needed anyway ! I know this because I crashed going 20 mph and that was fast enough !!! lol,,,I even suggested to have a rear Camera factory installed and included so it works off the battery and we agreed ! I don’t do reviews normally, but holy moly! I did a ton of research and even bikes 5-6 thousand dollars more have less torque and way less power. This bike is Amazing! Not an exaggeration and i was so impressed with the construction and power of this bike it blew me away. No hills not even pulling my two kids in a buggy and having one on the back(bought a little seat that bolts onto the frame) will stop this thing. We cruise everywhere on this bike to the store, and up our moutains that are pretty far away. Huge mileage, giant battery that has so much kick, if you put both front and back motors on you can literally burn rubber with all wheels.. 13 out of 5 stars no joke. If the company wants some video of us kicking butt all other with this bike just hit me up. We love the huge tires and the locking suspension literally one click of a small switch, so from pavement to rocky roads to just sand, I’m a disabled vet that had ripped his quad in half, and also own a Harley, but o enjoy being able to go super fast and have great control, large LCD monitor that shows all your options and speed all in one place. Throttle control is smooth and the shifter is the best you can buy. Promise you this, don’t buy any other bike, you will regret it, from problems to little things like lack of power to get up a little hill, you will regret not buying this bike. Let me tell you why. This was a replacement for a much much more expensive E-bike I had bought and I’ll never buy from that other company again, let me explain. Bought an electric bike two years ago and was so excited, different brand and manufacturer, rode it for about three months and my kids loved going for rides in the buggy behind it. One day didn’t turn on, the lights and everything would turn on but even though it was under warranty the company did nothing. Wouldn’t even send me the spare parts I knew I needed and I was going to fix it myself. I emailed them over 40 times and never could get them to even send me a part I had then after a year bought myself from Amazon. Save yourself the energy and money and get this bike. Powerful bike, the dual motors really give you a huge boost on hills, and the battery last a good amount of miles, I use it for commuting to work, still have 4 bars left after 18 miles at 20mph average speed, the bike itself is solid, nice display, you can't find a better bike for the price!
