Will not stay in place. Rolls up with every movement. It’s a waste for me. It may be more ment for people who don’t have a little extra around the middle, like the person in the advertisement photo. It’s hard to pull apart/tear, and it won’t stay closed unless I wear it with a corset. Not ideal for working out if you’re using it around the midsection and you’re fluffy.

Here’s the thing, this works and works well however, the video displayed, in my opinion doesn’t fully depict how to use it effectively. I usually apply some sort of sweat gel or hot cream first, wrap my stomach area with this THEN use a regular waist trainer to keep it in place. That’s the only way it works for me. Personally, I feel like it’s tad bit overpriced for what you get on a roll. About to place an order for another one. This way I can keep one at home and one of the go (since my job requires me to be away for days at a time).
