All of the tools are well made. Three of them are spring loaded, open. That makes them easier to use. One tool is not; I am not sure why it wouldn't be made that way also. It's not missing the spring; there is no provision for one. Three of the tools are serrated to allow for a better grip on the connector. One tool is used for clamps, and I am not sure why it would be included in this set but it's handy to have. A lot of automotive connectors can be a bit tough to separate, holding down or lifting up a tang or other locking tab and pulling at the same time and not pulling on the wiring, just the connector. My grip strength has faded over the years, and these tools sure make my job a lot easier. I can't really describe how each individual tool is used. If you view the photos, it is pretty self-explanatory. They have a good balance, they feel good in the hand. I like the plastic-coated handles, and a storage bag is included. They are worth the money.

This comes with four different pliers that are odd shaped This comes with no instructions of use, what each tool is best used for or what type of wiring connectors each tool is for Comes with a small cloth bag to store all five tools, but it is too small so cannot take out or put back 1 tool at a time into the bag First use, the tools have some type of oil coating that will get on hands, and smell of it in nose or mouth so wear gloves and wipe tools well Cost is OK, but without instructions you can be lost what each tool design is for.

Actually worked out great. Husband is a mechanic and he said they worked for what he had to do with an electrical terminal. They feel sturdy and pretty good quality.

Pretty nice set of electrical disconnector pliers. They work perfectly for what they are intended for. Includes a nice nylon storage bag, which makes this an incredible value. The handles are comfortable enough, and the pliers have an excellent weight as well. Overall, very pleased with this plier set.

They cover all different connectors and make it easier to reach them under the hood. The set includes a storage case that easily holds all 5 tools.
