I chose this unit primarily because i liked the look of the flame option as shown in the primary picture. Now that it is installed, I really like the variety of flame options, ember options, flame speed and brightness controls - and the built in heater with thermostat. I have included pictures of flame options 4 and 5 on the brightest setting - which are primarily yellow flames. This fireplace is just what I wanted and was easy to mount on the wall. The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is a fraction of the price of a fireplace I was originally was thinking of getting. I did the recessed version and if your wondering it’s log set or glass marble not both. Installing was easy not too heavy, but yes it’s heavy so be prepared. The flames are good enough not as many colors as other versions no crackling sound It is cool to the touch. Make sure that this fireplace is on a 20 amp breaker cause if it’s 15 amp if you have other items on the same breaker it will trip a standard 15amp breaker. It’s so powerful. For example I had this on a 15 amp standard plug and plugged in a jig saw tool and tripped the breaker. ... show more

We live that this is very customizable to have different color fire and embers. It’s also great that you can just have it lit with no heat as we have little ones running around. The remote is convenient and works great! It has really brought great comfort and coziness to our living room!
