When unpacking this carpet/rug, the first thing I noticed was how soft it is when touching it. It does have a very nice extremely soft and smooth texture. You can enjoy walking on this barefoot, no problem, because it is extremely soft and smooth. The product description says it is as "soft as cotton balls," but it's more like it's as soft and smooth as silk in my opinion. The second thing I noticed is how pliable and malleable it is. You can easily bend this carpet/rug in all kinds of ways. Immediately upon seeing how pliable and malleable it is, I thought that it can indeed be easily washed in a washing machine. You can roll, fold, or bend this carpet/rug up without any problems whatsoever (it came folded up in a small square shape). I like that it is pliable and malleable as such because it can and will contour to whatever surface you put it on, and most floors are ever so slightly uneven in their surface (e.g., by fractions of millimeters or sometimes even a few millimeters) and so it's good to have a carpet/rug that will contour to any unevenness in the floor surface. It's also very lightweight, so it is easy for anyone to pick up and move elsewhere. As for the design, it has a very nice classic carpet design and appearance, but I personally would like it if the colors were not made to look faded in some areas. I have been using this carpet/rug in a kitchen on a tiled floor (see photos), and it has not slipped or moved around at all on such tiled floor. Compared to all the other carpets/rugs I have used in such kitchen on such floor, they all have easily slipped, slid, and moved around on the floor, but this carpet/rug does not. In this regard, it does indeed very much have a non-slip quality to the backing. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality non-slip carpet/rug with a very soft and very smooth texture and which can easily be washed in the washing machine, and can imagine that many women would especially very much enjoy walking or standing on this barefoot.

The rug is very pretty with that distressed look. The rug is soft, so I'm not sure just how long it will last. It is light-weight with a rubber backing, and it does not slip. I like that it can be washed in the washing machine, but, again, not sure if the rug can hold up to "frequent" washing. I ordered the 5x7 size and use it in my TV sunroom. If you purchase multiple colors/designs, these are good rugs to swap out regularly since these rugs can easily be folded or rolled up for storage. When folded, the wrinkles come out quickly enough after laying flat. If you are looking for a THICK rug, this is not the rug for you. Bottom line: this is not a thick rug; it is machine washable; it is light-weight and can be folded or rolled for storage; it comes in various colors and designs and is non-slip on my hardwood floor. I do like this rug and plan to order more in various sizes for other areas of my house.

Real fan of this rug. Colors are great. Faded look were its needed and appropriate. Super comfortable and soft on the foot, barefoot welcome. The rug itself is on the thin side so depending on where its being used you may need or want a pad so factor that potential cost in. Still good value imo. Quality is nice. It will take some time and traffic to get the initial wrinkles out from the packaging. These are shipped folded not rolled. Again patience it does flatten out fully. The real winner of these new rugs is the materials used hold up to dirt and stains so much better and if they dont you can toss the whole thing in the washer. How awesome is that... Game changer... Love this rug and you will to.

This is a very soft rug, so nice on bare feet or to lay down on! The colors are exactly what I expected from the photos. The whole bottom is covered in a textured rubber layer so the rug stays where you put it and does not slide around on the floor. I love thick heavy rugs, but they are just that - super heavy and very hard to move from one room to another or pack up into moving trucks. This is thin, looks great, very functional, easy to roll or fold up, and light enough to move it wherever the mood strikes me.

On the thin side, so vacuuming isn't a thing for this rug but you can toss it right in the wash. Looks very nice with well defined color and pattern. Feels great under bare feet.

I ordered the #CHAMPLANT Washable Area Rug 3'x5' Rugs for Living Room Retro Flowers Machine Non-Slip carpet to use by our front door because we get a lot of traffic in and out. Immediately upon opening the rug laid flat. No curled edges that would cause tripping. I like the distress look of the design. It matches our decor well. The edges are bound well and even throughout there with no loose strings hanging. The pile of the carpet is very low and easy to see the dirt on. The rubber backing grips the hardwood and the carpet does not slide at all. The carpet is soft to touch and very easy to vacuum. I am happy with this carpet and glad you have the ability to wash when it gets dirty

Lightweight will make in a bargain for the price. Just make sure when ordering zoom in real good and double check the colors before you purchase!
