Very Impressed!
Color: Black Diamond Back
Size: Vibrating Backrest
Bought this on Prime day for $119. My budget was $250. I needed a big/tall chair. I had at least 15 chairs in my cart to compare. This offered the most for my needs. Easy to assemble. Parts all marked with 1 extra bolt of each size. Shipped very quick from NJ. Not China. Very comfortable Massage and heat work very well. Great chair for the price. Would recommend!

Good Value works as advertized
Needed a replacement office chair and decided to try one of these massage heating chairs. I did not have high expectations in them at all. this chair was reasonably easy to assemble, took me a bout 20 minutes. The massage function is quite pleasant, more than I expected it would be. the heating pad works, feels nice on the spine. The padding is quite nice on the seat, I suspect that the combination of springs and foam does the trick because it's comfy to sit on and i"m not small.I am very satisfied with the chair and honestly it is better than I had expected it would be. Solid base and construction. Decent price.

Great Affordable Chair
Color: Black Diamond Back
Size: Vibrating Backrest
Easy to put together. I did it myself with relative ease. It’s a comfortable chair. The massage function is average. The heat is nice. I love the footrest although it’s cumbersome to pull out at times.

Worth the risk
I am going to start by stating that I qualify for the "big and tall" category as a 6'3 260lb woman. I also have back issues (no surprise to anyone in this category) and have been looking high and low for a chair that is supportive but also well cushioned. It seems to be a difficult thing to find right now, of having seating that is cozy and comfortable. There was a single 5* review when I found this chair, and no actual review either, just 5 stars, so I took a chance. I went with this chair because it was the only one I could find that used coil springs in the seating rather than just memory foam. Don't get me wrong, memory foam is great, in the right setting. For a bed, sure, a pillow, yes please, but a chair that has a small area of contact, that foam doesn't stand a chance to hold up for very long. I only just put together this chair, so I will update if things change. The assembly is very easy, though it's the first time I actually put the legs on the base myself. I found that odd, but you can feel it is made with durability in mind. I would say high quality, but faults can hide in any alloy. The wheels are nothing but the standard, I would recommend replacing them with roller blade wheels if you want to move around easily. My very first impression of this chair after assembly, is it's much smaller than I anticipated. It looks like a miniature next the office chair it is replacing. The seat is smaller in both width and depth and if I lean my head back without tilting, it is over the headrest. The arms are nicely padded (which I love) though seem to sit higher than normal. This might be a plus to some and a negative for others, it depends on your proportions. I am considering removing them and just putting in a metal brace for support. The seat itself is comfortable. It gives, but is supportive. It's not overly hard, but not cushion-y soft either. I've had many other "ergonomic" chairs completely fail in this department, feeling like I was sitting on a shaped concrete slab, so I'll take this as a win so far. I have the back just slightly reclined, and there is some amazing lumbar support right where I need it. The foot rest seems flimsy, but time will tell. The only current negative is that the bars that extend the foot rest hit my calves when I put my feet under the chair. That might change when I get roller blade wheels installed as they tend to make the chair slightly taller. I have not tried the massage feature yet, it's not a reason why I bought this chair, but I will update when I find the time to play with it.

Great bang for your buck!
Color: Brown Diamond Back
Size: Vibrating Backrest
The massage feature is a little gimmicky because it really just appears to vibrate but it does heat and is pretty comfortable. Looks nice in my office space appears expensive. Glad I bought it.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
VERY VERY nice chair. Well buit. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Heat and massage are awesome. Leather ( or whatever) is plush. Heavy and made to last. Love it.
