The media could not be loaded. This worked fine out of the box but when I went to reverse the jaws I couldn’t get them to line up. The numbers are stamped wrong. Here is how you figure it out. I had hoped to get something a little less ‘fiddly’ when trying to balance a project on our lathe. Getting something perfectly centered is quite a challenge with this as the threads are a bit sloppy and it finds its way out of adjustment frequently. The thing to focus on here is what you pay. i honestly dont see how this got any 5 star reviews,,in one review it shows someone that filmed putting the jaws back in to align them,,and i tried every way that i could to get them aligned and no such luck,,dont waste your time,,,

I bought a mini lathe to turn rings. It took me forever to research what type of chuck I needed to hold my ring mandrels. This one works great!! I do wish the tools for tightening had a small handle at the top for gripping when tightening. Small inconvenience
