This would have been an easy 5-star review based on performance alone. The styler comes with several useful attachments, dries hair quickly, and the automatic curling feature works surprisingly well. The different heat and speed settings make it versatile, and hair looked smooth with less frizz after styling. Unfortunately, the unit I received appeared to have been previously used. The biggest issue was finding a significant amount of hair inside the cone attachment right out of the box. Seeing that on a product that is supposed to be new was disappointing and raised concerns about quality control. It may have been a fulfillment mistake or a returned item that was accidentally reshipped, but it affected my overall experience. The tool itself worked well during testing, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Based on performance, I would have given this a 5-star review, but I have to rate it according to the condition in which it arrived.

I had my doubts before buying it because there are so many molder options, but the truth is that I was really surprised for the better. Since you open the box, you realize that it is super complete; it brings all its accessories (the 6 heads), its glove so as not to burn and even the case to keep everything super tidy, which is perfect for me because I do not like to have things watered. What I liked the most is how practical it is. The ionic dryer has good power and takes away moisture super fast without leaving your hair with frizz. The heads to make waves are wonderful, at first you have to grab a little bit of the way to see which side the air turns, but once you understand it, it is very easy and leaves you with a beautiful volume like a living room, nothing to envy the very expensive brands. The round brush also fascinates me to make the fringe or shape the tips inwards. The material feels strong, of good quality and is not heavy at all, so don't get tired of your arms using it. Also, the color pink is divine, it looks super aesthetic.
