I don’t usually write reviews but after trying I had to share experience. I had a large piece done on the inside of my arm so I knew it would be very tender and painful so I applied a generous amount about an hour before my appointment, wrapped it and left it on until my artist was done with the stencil. The first 15 mins, I didn’t feel a thing. I even joked and asked “did you already start” haha it was completely numb. After about 45 mins I started to notice a little stinging then after an hour or so I could feel the expected pain. I didn’t expect it to last forever but I will say that it DEFINITELY numbed me for the first part. If you’re getting a smaller piece that doesn’t take long I doubt you would feel anything at all. I’m looking forward to finishing my piece knowing that I have this cream to help with the process. Highly recommend this product! ... show more

I can't say too much about this product because when I was actually supposed to use it it came 30 minutes after I left to go get my tattoo but to use it o But I will be using April 9th for my second tattoo so hoping that it does what it needs to do but I have high hopes in this product buy anywho it is a great product and it keeps you numb exactly the 6 hours that it say but you definitely have to apply it the proper way that it tells you I didn't get to use it like I said but it's definitely good product because I use mad rabbit that's what I use and it was pretty good but it really didn't numb me exactly what I thought so I was really hoping to get this because I know for a fact that my home girl used this and she said that this was some great product ... show more

Best numbing cream! I slathered this stuff on like sunscreen and wrapped my leg from ankle to thigh like Thanksgiving left overs and headed to my tattoo appointment. I left is on for 2 hours, per my tattooist recommendation, and didn't feel ANYTHING for the next 7 hours. There was only a slight zip of pain near my knee, but that was my fault for not getting the cream that far over. I highly recommend, it was worth every penny. My tattooist was very impressed and even took a pic of the box so he could give it a try. My tattoo isn't finished, still needs another session for shading and coloring, but I'm 100% using this again. ... show more

No es anestesia, esta hecho de ingredientes naturales. Huele muy bien. Lo use hoy para hacer una prueba. Sí tiene un efecto anestesico pero solo en la primeras capas de la dermis, si se siente, te ayuda en un 70% que es mejor a nada pero tu tatuador debera trabajar rapido. Si tu tatuador tiene la mano pesada entonces te dolera mas. Para la prueba apliqué una capa generosa en una area de mi pierna y lo dejé actuar 50 min, retiré el exceso de crema y comencé a quitarme bellos con unas pinsas y no se siente nada en la piel externa pero si seguí sintiendo el dolor subcutaneo de retirar el bello. I have tattoos all over my body but when I turned 40 my pain tolerance went down hill quickly. I wanted a calf piece and I knew I needed something to help with the pain. I came across this item and let me tell you. I felt absolutely NOTHING. I took a nap! Best invention ever. I did prepare my artist that I was going to use the product and tbh he had to work a little harder for the ink to take but it worked out. I can't be anymore grateful for this product. Kinda annoyed I haven't used it before lol I followed the instructions. Left it on for 2 hrs wrapped and let it sit for 15 minutes after he removed it. Worked like a charm ... show more

I 100% recommend this product! Situation: front lower leg. Application: thick, even layer. Saturation: Left on for 2 hours wrapped in plastic as directed. Conclusion: shin had 97% reduction in pain approximately 4 hrs. Outer calf and all areas with more tissue had almost 100% relief as long as 8 hours! Less meat=less time that it works. More meat=more time. My only regret in finding this product is that I know want EVERYTHING tattooed. Worth. Every. Penny. ... show more

I’d give this product 3stars only bc it started wearing off mid session. It worked well, I may have left it on longer than instructed, (applied cream @ 845ish || session started @11am-3pm) I drove 1hr30mins to my appointment. however, it did its job. Numbness started to wear off about half way thru my 3hr session. I didn’t expect it to wear off so quick & my pain tolerance is low so I tapped once majority was done lol The roses he did them last & they stayed pretty numb for the remainder of the session. This is a great numbing cream, but don’t expect it to last 6 hours during a tattoo appointment. I put a generous layer on 2 hours before my appointment and covered with Saran Wrap. About 45 minutes before, wiped it and reapplied. I left it covered until I got to my appointment. He removed the cream and about 30 minutes later started on my tattoo. After many wipes, I started to feel more and more and by the end I feel like it had completely worn off (1.5 hours). Full session was 3.5 hours. It will stay numb for a while on parts that aren’t being wiped but the part that is actually being tattooed, it won’t last as long. I still recommend, an hour of reduced pain was worth it to me! I would say I was almost 100% numb during the line work but the shading, I felt everything by then. ... show more
