The order was promptly packaged and shipped. The seller themselves was quick to respond and helpful. I bought this with the expectation all would arrive DOA. I was genuinely surprised when all arrived alive and in good shape. The packaging was clearly labeled fragile and that it contained animals. It was also packaged with an ice pack in which I appreciated. I have ordered Neocaridina from this seller and nothing but good things as well. The health and color of both these Galaxies and Neocaridina are outstanding. Better than what I've bought from my local stores. Not at all advisable to buy it. Fishes are very very small , they are just born like 1 day before. You cann't even see it. I am very much disappointed and didn't even think of sending it back.

All 6 of them arrived healthy and are still thriving now, a week later. Very small fish and not nearly as colorful as the fish displayed in the advertisement. I'm hoping they develop a little more color as they age. My 2nd purchase of these fish, I love them! I have a total of 12 now, all doing well and look great! My original 6 have really started to develop some color and look much better now! They will develop more color as they grow, so keep that in mind when you recieve them! ... show more

    • 2 months in after receiving the fry and not a single loss.
These fish seem to be healthy as can be! I have had them for 2 months now and not a single loss. The order was for 6, they sent 8 for the DOA contingency. All 8 fry I received are thriving. Now fully grown and showing their colors. Pretty even mix of male and female it seems.

    • Fish death rate is unacceptable
I should have listened to the other reviewers. Fish are packaged well and shipped quickly. One was dead on arrival. One died in the bag while I was floating it in my aquarium to raise the water temperature, and two more died within hours of being transferred to a fry basket in my aquarium (because they were too small to be put directly into the tank unprotected). ... show more

    • Extremely small but Quick
The media could not be loaded. Quickly shipped out. All arrived alive and looked healthy with 2 extra. Only downside is they are really really small. Small enough to where I'm luck i have a spare 10 gallon setup to grow them in. If I put these guys into my main tank they would become food to the tetras for sure. If purchasing make sure you have an extra place to put them just in case or they might become a 40$ snack. Update i received the little guys alittle over 2 weeks ago. All 8 are still strong. Moved it from a 3 star to 4. They havent need to be treated for anything. Like I said pior though you need somewhere safe for them to grow up. Updated with video comparing to adults ... show more

I ordered 6 fish with them, once the fish arrived I realized that I had one fish that was already inside the bag then after acclimation and put the fish inside a spare tank to watch how they were doing they started to die one by one.
