    • Lost some due to FedEx but the survivors are healthy and active.
Number of Items: 12
I suggest doing some research before ordering. Other reviews mention how small these CPDs are and their color isn't as is shown in the images. Stress from shipping and other factors will more than likely cause these fish to appear dull or washed out. These are a nano fish so they will be quite small. I was unlucky and lost 5 of the 12 I ordered during shipping. It was not the seller's fault. FedEx was running unusually late for my area. I had to do an emergency "drop and plop" to save what fish I could. I had my drip acclimation system ready for their arrival but seeing the state of them I wasn't risking further prolonged stress. The surviving CPDs are super active this morning after the lights came on. They are actively chasing my Amano shrimplets (which are as big as they are) so this tells me they are doing ok after the stress of shipping. What I suspect are the males are already starting to color up nicely after only having spent the night in their new home. Even after the disappointment of losing some during shipping I am happy with these little fish. We'll see how well I do with the DOA policy but I knew the risks of shipping live animals from the start. ... show more

This seller sent me 7 healthy fishes. They have been in my tank for 4 days now and seem happy. No deaths. Thank you!

    • Nice fish.
Number of Items: 18
The danios arrived well packed and survived being shipped through a 100 degree Texas day. ☺️ They were very washed out, pale and scared to death. Obviously, if I had been netted, put in a plastic bag and shipped across the country I would have some complaints about the accommodations also. No doubt there was one cheeky little fishy that telling the other’s horror stories the whole ride over to my house. He was probably telling the younger ones that they were being shipped off to Jeffery Dahmer’s house or something……🤷♀️ there is always one bad apple. It will take them a couple days to color up and realize they are just fine. They are active and seem healthy. I’ll give an update in a few days. ... show more

There’s a lot of false advertisement with this product. At the time of this review, the ad says a two pack of six fish. I only received one pack of six fish. When I contacted the seller, they said that with the ad is really saying is there’s six fish divided into two packs. Well that’s not what I got either. The other problem is they look nothing like the photo. They are washed out gray, which the seller says it’s because they’re juvenile. But these are not tiny. They did arrive nicely packaged ... show more

So far so good no DOA. One week has passed only lost one for me I'm satisfied with that. Update. Ordered a second batch after a few days I started noticing white spots on my fish and then they had gotten the ick. These fish brought it in with them hindsight I didn't have a quarantine tank I just threw them in with my other fish I did not lose any of my fish that were already in but I did lose two CPD unfortunately. I'm treating the tank right now so hopefully everybody will be cured but keep in mind if you do order these fish you might want to have a quarantine tank ready I know I will from now on. Update it is now been a month since the last time I ordered I did order another batch with the knowledge I have now. I now have a quarantine tank for new incoming fish. the fish came in no DOA very happy with that I will quarantine for 2 weeks very satisfied with the seller highly recommend as long as you have a quarantine for the fish before you put it in your main tank the seller has the best value out of everybody and they package very well. Have yet to have any DOA even sitting over the weekend with the mail carrier. ... show more

    • Took a Gamble

I've never ordered live creatures through the mail before. After reading many reviews and this company being recommended by many people in different aquarium/fish groups on Facebook, I decided to try them. They did send an extra fish in case of DOAs, but one fish was DOA upon opening the package, and one has already died over the first night. The rest are not acting right, and I'm honestly not sure if they are going to make it either. My tank is fully cycled and has been going on for nearly a year and I tested all levels with API test kit before adding any of these fish. I also drip acclimated them for hours. I'm not impressed, but also not sure what was to be expected. I just hope the rest make it. ... show more
