When I orginally purchased this wine cooler approx 7-8 months ago, I was pleased with its compact size. It malfunctioned but I was in contact with the company and they replaced the entire cooler unit. I no longer had the unit so I could not supply photos but only a description of what happened. T This was good customer service and the wine cooler is nice and is operating correctly.

We love our red and white wines. Living in Florida the reds were always to warm and putting them in the refrigerator made them way too cold, although we like having our white wines in the kitchen refrigerator. This little wine refrigerator works terrific for our red wines and we keep the temperature at 55’. We built a little shelf for it and figured out after about 5 days that we need to put holes in the back of the shelf to let the warm air flow out and away from the unit, otherwise it will over heat. Since then it works great and its extremely quiet. Our close friends came over and saw it and they ordered one also and did the same thing with a shelf, making sure it had proper airflow. It holds 8 bottles, and I ordered off of Amazon some highly rated bottle corks called rabbit, check them out. Our wines do not leak at all when we place them back in the wine fridge and there is enough space that you can shut the wine refrigerator door even with the rabbit corks in the bottles. Great design and we hope it will last us a long time because when we move again this thing is going with us.

I had purchased this 30-bottle wine cooler a few months ago. It worked great, but later developed a problem. This unfortunately happened after the order was out of the designated return window. I reached out to the seller through Amazon to illustrate the situation. The seller Jinjunye asked for some pictures and a video to illustrate the issue, which I provided. That was all it took, the seller agreed to mitigate the issue and promptly shipped a replacement and I have it working and installed already. To me, this illustrates clearly going above and beyond for the customer, absolutely stellar customer service. I loved the wine cooler earlier for its features, price and aesthetics, now I love it even more and love the brand that stands behind its products and its customers. Five stars all the way !

Item arrived 5 days earlier than expected, was super easy to set up = just removed from box, placed on level counter and plugged in. What could be easier than that? It reached the lowest temp in just 35 mins and then I reset to my desired temp which it rose to. Then I put in the red wines I bought it for and I must say, though I’ve only had it for 2 days now, it is a fantastic wine cooler! It has very quiet operation and keeps a steady temp. Anyone with a gripe has either received a defective model or hasn’t used this type of cooler before, or simply likes to complain. It’s a great buy and worth it.

The shipping crate packaging was great. Very quick and easy to install. Looks sleek and can hold 15 (if you wish to store opened bottles) or 18 red wine bottles (red wine as the lowest temp setting on this model is 54F). The seller's customer service was exceptional. I initially ordered the 12-bottle model but once it arrived I decided I'd rather have the larger size. The seller was very receptive to my request and agreed to send me a pre-paid shipping label saving me the cost to return the smaller product. And my payment for the first product was refunded the same day the returned cooler was received by the seller.

I ordered this product back in September of 2023. In late June the fridge would not cool. I contacted customer service and they essentially want me to troubleshoot/fix the fridge instead of them replacing it. Customer service is giving me the runaround on replacing the item. Be careful with your products make sure they are working properly or else you will be stuck with an expensive fridge that doesnt cool and a company that doesnt want to honor a replacement.
