I’m using this to work on fire arms. The locks don’t really lock the vice in place well. The gear for the clamp works well.

This is the vise I should have purchased originally. Went cheaper and smaller and that vise broke. This one is just right.

Actually surprised for the price. Use it for handling axes and sharping chainsaws. Also any other thing I can think of. Really good for the money.
