I like it! Screw attachment for stabilizer bar didnt screw all the way down so not very stable but I was able to chane my ac filters on my 9” ceilings, so I guess it did what it needed to do! It does lock and very rasy to use! I had to youtube to break the piece where the stabilizer goes because video made it seem like you just pull it out! Pros: Lightweight, portable, easy to set up, good height. Cons: Because the ladder is lightweight, it feels like you might overbalance easily. Recommend only using if there is a second person to counter weight the other side of the ladder.

I have owned this ladder for three days beyond the return period and it is the first time I have used it. If it was within the return period I would return it! The ladder is easy to extend and is the perfect height for use in a standard 8 foot ceiling house but it is not steady. Once extended to its full height putting it back down is dangerous for your fingers and difficult. I would not recommend it. ... show more
