Great shed. Perfect for the old resin shed replacement. All holes matched perfectly for so many, Well designed, Also, several hours are needed to carefully take all the clear surface protection film off all the metal parts. It did protect pieces from scratches but is a pain to remove. The surfaces will scratch and damage easily if not careful, This shed is light and does need to be anchored down. Anchors are provided. I felt it necessary to add a few modifications. The shed is next to our house under an eave and near our bedroom, It would most likely be very loud. Since we are having a lot of dry weather I bought some 1" foam board and with Liquid Nails (for foam board and metal) attached foam board to the roof and halfway down the sides to deaden the sound. Also, I didn't like bending down to unlatch the left hand door so I attached a taught cord between the bottom and top spring latches so I could pull on it and unlatch both at one time. I didn't like having to worry about the loose doors open to the wind so I screwed on some latches to hold both doors back safe from the wind.

In short, decent shed but not recommended if you are a novice at assembling furniture or you care about security. You'll also need some general knowledge and various tools to properly and safely put this shed together as parts are very sharp and difficult to line up. Pros: - It looks great (almost like a wood finish) and nice trim esthetic. - I was going to use caulk, but it seems to keep water out well on its own, haven't seen any leaks after recent rain storms. - Also seems to handle the Texas summer well (no warping, fading, etc) - Vented with large double doors. Cons (why I knocked off 2 stars for the following reasons): - The instructions aren't super clear, so you will end up putting together a few parts and then a few steps later have to undo a bunch of work to correctly complete a previous step. The instructions also fail to mention some holes seem like they should line up but don't (I attached a photo of one example) - thankfully there assembly video proved this and I was able to move on (after reviewing and zooming in a bunch). - I got this because it appeared to have a better lock than other sheds; I was wrong. It is very difficult to assemble the handles right enough on to the shed door, even then you can simply twist the handle hard enough it'll just freely spin (even when locked). I ended up buying other locks ($30) that actually screw in to the door to prevent this. - There is no customer support, so when the door handle lock broke or I had questions about assembly, I had no one to contact to remedy this, which is extremely frustrating as you can not return this (I was told it'll be $70 to return it). My tips: - If you are by yourself, have a wall (like a ladder) and plenty of clamps to hold the panels while you screw them together it (see picture). - Download and watch the assembly video in conjunction with the paper instructions. - Have a large table nearby and have a bit holder with magnet to hold the screws. - Wear gloves; the metal parts are sharp and can cut you if not careful. - There are a lot of screws (I believe around 200); assemble all the washers and screws prior, then use a magnetic Phillips bit to drive them in. - With any shed, have a solid flat and leveled base. My base was leveled but the doors still managed to not line up perfectly (not sure if that is on me or the manufacturer).

Great little shed to store patio furniture. I laid down a rubber 4’ x 6’ horse stall matt and placed shed on it. Drilled and pounded in 10 inch nails in corners to secure to ground. A lot of screws but mostly same size throughout. Took a good 6 to 7 hours to assemble. Worth it.

Ok for the price. Not the easiest to put together but if you know how to assemble things you’ll figure it out. The WORST and most tedious part is peeling the plastic layer off of some of the metal pieces. It’s like a German brat joke… It’s the WURST!!! And there seems to be like 13 million little screws and washers to assemble but that’s not even as bad as peeling the plastic off. All in all, it’ll hold some tools.
