So far this pillow has really helped my neck. I am actually sleeping through the night which is so lovely. Definitely comfortable but takes some getting used too because it is heavy it stays in one spot which can be a good or bad thing. So far so good!

My sister-in-law told me about this pillow. She no longer has neck pain. No I don’t either! But what I really like about this pillow is the really RESTFUL SLEEP that I experience. I’ve never slept so good. Two things to mention is that the EAR I sleep on is a bit sore from being laid on for so long, but it doesn’t last. And the pillow didn’t work for everyone in the house. Exactly as described, has washing directions & a case that easily comes off. The middle hole seemed really deep and even without the insert, it was still too high. Everyone is different, just my preference.
