It's great, But.....

The cart looks nice, has a nice shiny powder coat on it and seems heavy duty. I love the big wheels that roll smoothly, although I had to re-drill some of the holes on the mounting plates where the wheels mount to the deck because the holes didn't line up so the bolts could go through and screw into the deck. Also some of the bolt heads were defective/out of shape and a wernch wouldn't go on them until I filed them to shape. Frustrating but all fixable if your handy. I'd also say that it would be nice (a must have) to have brakes on a heavy duty cart! It will roll away from you... the decknis very slick because of the powder coating... I had to grind off the powder coating on the bottom last 4 inches of the removable handle thats slides down into there mounting spots because the cart was fabricated to fit then powder coated at witch it would no longer fit into the pockets. It works but it could be better. All in all the carts does what it was built to do and works. I like it but for the price I had to pay for it (I believe it was a bit more than 400.00 delivered) I'd expect a much better quality built cart. I gave it a 4 star being generous. ... show more

No wheel locks.

Doesn’t have caster (wheel) locks. It is heavy duty though.

The manufacturer needs better packaging for this item. That is not a "delivery" issue.

I ordered the "5 Seconds" 30-inch by 60-inch flatbed cart. The product that I received was scratched up and was missing 21 pieces of hardware (bolts and washers). The manufacturer absolutely must re-design the package to contain the product. The manufacturer gets an absolute failure rating in that regard, because the quality of the packaging affects the quality of the delivered product. The core elements of the cart (the pieces that arrived) did fit together just fine after I made a special trip to the hardware store to purchase seven M10x20mm bolts, seven lock washers, and seven regular washers to replace parts that fell out of the box during shipment. If there were assembly instructions, those did not arrive. Other than that, the assembled cart is itself a solid product. This is not a review of the courier. The courier did their best to deliver a product that was literally falling apart by itself en route, because the manufacturer's choice of packing materials was woefully inadequate for a 100 pound steel object. ... show more
