Note: to get this to work on T-Mobile 5G/4G, you will have to enter the APN info yourself. It's easy, just Google it and take your time doing it. Coming from a Galaxy S10+, this phone doesn't seem to have any noticeable performance difference. I was debating between this phone and the Oukitel WP15, and picked this one on account of AMOLED display, higher display res, and NV camera. I'd expect most other performance experiences to be the same between these two phones. Screen looks great, colors are pretty vivid. Contrast is good. Very responsive. Sound is OK from the speakers, plenty loud. Only complaint is that it isn't stereo sound. No headphone jack. Back display is a little gimmicky, but not a problem in any way. Fingerprint scanner works well. Haven't set up face recognition. Screen protector is already applied when you receive the phone, and an extra on the box. I appreciated that. 5G connects, but it turned out I don't have 5G coverage in my house - that's on me for not checking for band 41. I get it on the porch though, of course. 4G connectivity is great though, so I get comparable speeds. Phone is hefty, but you should already know that from the specs. If you've got a kitchen scale, find something that weighs about 300g and compare that to your current phone. Camera is way better than I anticipated. Really great colors. Modest zoom. Night vision camera works really well, if you're looking forward to that feature you'll be pleased. Would have been neat if the IR flashlight could have also been an IR remote emitter, but that's asking a lot. Programmable button is wonderful, supports single, double, and long presses. Expandable storage is great, weird that many other rugged phones don't have that. All I was worried about with this phone was processing speed, which has not been an issue. Everything runs smoothly. I confidently recommend this phone if you're looking to upgrade to a 5g phone and want something tough and cool.

Overall, the phone works BUT the battery only holds a charge for a day, if you select battery saver, that will get you about a day and a half. The camera doesn't focus, is often fuzzy. Part of lugging a large phone like this around is to take pictures while exploring/going on adventures. Sadly this big guy won't be joining me for that. It also comes with apps you can't delete, things I'll never use. The pros? Decent price, decent sound quality, youtube videos look good...

Purchased this phone so I would not have to buy a case for my other phone when riding my motorcycle/bicycle. It is full of features like IR night camera, level/compass/pedometer apps, long battery life, water proof, plus much more. I purchased the phone in May 2022 and the fingerprint scanner quit working in October. I performed a factory reset in December, the phone no longer recognizes the fingerprint scanner. This past January, I noticed the back of the case (carbon fiber version) looks as though the battery may be swelling up...it is no longer flat but rounded in the middle. I've tried contacting Doogee in January, February and March but, have not received a response which is why I gave it a 2-star rating.

The Dooge V20 has all the specs of a premium phone and its really the flagship phone out of all the rugged phones. I have used a lot of rugged phones in the past but most of which are sluggish and used to fade out in performance of battery very soon unlike Dooge V20. It has an impressive 2K full HD high end screen thats big and bright enough at all times of the day. The battery life is great on this one even with the high end usage, it lasts for 2 days. The tripple camera setup captures very high quality and real life like pictures. Most attractive apsect of the phone is its fast and smooth performance thats no less than the most premium phones. This phone is also packet with all high end features like face ID, finger print, dual 5G sim slot, wireless charging, water resistance and many more. Its great to see premium features in rugged one.on the lighter note I feel comfortable even when my toddler plays with it as I no longer fear for damage or breakage of my phone.
