Starts every time …great starter bike for my son

We got 5 rides out of this bike. Bought it for my son for Christmas. It sat in the heated barn until spring. He ran it 5 times for about 30 minutes each. The sixth ride the crankcase vent line popped off the engine spraying oil everywhere. This line was simply glued to the engine block. No fitting. I attempted to re-epoxy it in place. The engine never started again. Had a small-engine repair guy look at it and couldn't figure it out. Replaced the carb. No go. I contacted SYX MOTO. Their only recommendation was to glue the line back in place.

My son turned the throttle and it did not go. I returned the item and it cost me $192.00 to ship back. Will I get refunded the money that it cost me to ship it back?
