The media could not be loaded. It’s so beautiful. I never imagined that it would be so easy to put together. I hate reading instructions I can never understand. From the beginning it was all instructions by pictures ( great pictures) all supplies were perfectly marked. Took me 2 hour’s alone . Great looking and sturdy. The only thing that would make this any better would be genuine wood, but then the cost would double. I almost can’t wait for winter to use the heat.

First package came with 3 broken pieces, then I was sent a second set and it couldn’t be assembled properly because the replacement pieces were warped. Waste of $300, what a piece of junk, cheap and brittle, not worth the money at all. I want my money back.

Ok, I do like it, as far as aesthetics go, but it’s made of particle board. It took me 4 hours to build and the directions were fairly easy, but it’s not my first rodeo because I build products I buy from Amazon all the time, so to a newbee it might be a bit more complicated. I do like the electric fireplace. It will look nice for awhile because I’m the only one using, but if you have kids it will be destroyed because of the cheap material it’s made of. Oh ya and there’s 2 legs in the bottom center, maybe 3” tall, well the screw that I used to install on the bottom portion totally fell out of the particle board, socket, screw and leg but it’s hidden and its an extra leg underneath to distribute weight so no big deal. I would recommend it for adults, but if you have little ones and if they run into it or bang toys on it, it will look beat up. Also I do worry because of the socket screws they use that turn onto another screw, that the unit might fall to pieces. It’s like these sockets that you turn onto another screw, not like a screw you can drill in and stays permanently. Also very heavy, because of the particle board, so not lightweight.
