I had my doubts based on some of the reviews, but for the price, turned out to be perfect. The back isn't super tall, but its not terrible. The pillows make the back just right, and I'm about 6ft tall dude. Everything was vacuum packed so flat I thought no way these puff out, but they puffed out pretty quick and are nice. I weight 225 and I don't sink into it or make the cushions go flat. It was fairly easy to assemble. I like the dark grey color I ordered, everything looks nice and matches. Has kind of a house paint smell at first, but it fades after a day or two. Overall, ended up very happy with this purchase. Was very surprised that it turned out so well, would definitely recommend!

This couch is a 10 out of 10. Easy to put together (need 2 people to assemble faster). Very comfortable, sturdy and so affordable! Fits our space perfectly and color matched our living room unbelievably. Was worried and was pleasantly surprised it matched. Slept on the couch on the first night and woke up rested. Thinking about getting an extra ottoman. Hope it’s an option.

This cloud couch sectional is AMAZING! It’s unbelievably soft, super deep, and perfect for lounging or movie nights. The modular pieces and two ottomans make it easy to set up exactly how I want. The black color looks sleek, and the removable pillow covers are a huge plus. What really impressed me was that the seller actually called to follow up and make sure everything arrived correctly — great customer service! Overall, totally worth it and I’d buy it again.

My sectional is so beautiful and was easy to assemble. Which was the goal for our smaller living room. The back support is a little short but not an inconvenience but I am 5'6 so doesn't affect me. Somebody taller would probably have an issue. I'd advise buying more pillows to make sitting back more comfortable. If you prefer a higher seat, swapping the legs for taller ones is an easy fix. Great value for the price and exactly what we needed!

Receiving this couch was a very frustrating experience, we were missing pieces and then it took several weeks to get them and were then received in the wrong color. After a month and two shipments later, we were able to assemble it. All that being said, I am impressed enough with the final product that I can look past the horrible experience I had. It is perfect for a NYC apartment. The color is nice, the comfort isn’t amazing but surprisingly better than what you’d expect from a couch from Amazon. Don’t know how it will hold up, but for now it is a very welcome addition to our new space.
