The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my office to freshen it up a bit. I don't like the chemical laden air fresheners, but essential oils smell so natural and clean. This is a much better option. It releases the oils into the air and it can cover a lot of space. Please keep in mind that this is a diffuser, not a humidifier. It releases some mist, but not a huge amount. I really appreciate this because I live in a very humid climate so I don't want more moisture in the air. I really like the stag design on the front. It adds a nice pop of color without going overboard. The remote is very responsive and works great. However, I know how forgetful I am and I will probably end up losing it at some point. Thankfully, it works fine without the remote, too. The set also includes a wide variety of essential oils to get you started.

The media could not be loaded. I am not sure what video is posting. I did two so if itās the second one, lol, ignore the beginning. The first one I didnāt feel like getting up and it wouldnāt let me zoom. Then I felt bad and did it again. Okay now for the product review lol.. My first one came in a broken, beat up non-manufactured box. I opened it, and I had only the diffuser. No plug, no oilās, and no remote. I got my replacement and so far so good. Iāve been running it for about four hours now and itās doing well. What I donāt like about it is when it gets to the brighter colors like the red or the Pink it goes really fast so you donāt really see much of that unless you said it to that color specifically. I will update. I also think itās pretty shady. They deleted my original review. Thatās why this only gets three stars. Oh, itās not loud from across the room but when you get close to it, there is a steady hum, but not bad.

Product looked fine, but it doesnāt work! Added water & oil, plugged it in and nothing. Probably will keep the junk instead of trying to return but wonāt buy this brand again. Meantime, Iām waiting for my adult son to visit to see if perhaps Iāve done something wrong or if itās just ājunkā. Also, after looking back over my purchase, there was no oils with the diffuser! NOT A ONE. Very unsatisfied now with this purchase!
