I was excited to buy this dirt bike for my son’s birthday. It’s the third dirt bike that I’ve purchased from Amazon. The previous two dirt bikes came in perfect condition. This one was much more expensive and it came in defective condition or used condition. I’m still trying to figure it out. Tail light damaged, disk brake defective, kickstand doesn’t stay down and it’s scratched everywhere. This seller wanted me to keep this dirt bike. I’ve explained that it’s not safe to be driven. The customer service is awful. They won’t issue me a return label. I’ve provided everything and they refuse to issue a return label. It’s a fun little ride, very enjoyable. I did have a mishap with the chain when I took it out on the trails. But with speedy and excellent customer service they have made it right and then some. Nice bike quick and nimble. Coming from 1000cc gas bikes to this is a fun transition and a good way to stay in the hobby of bikes without your worrying every time you leave the house. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is the left blinker works in the rear but the right one doesn’t. The brake still lights up fine so I’m not sure what that is. Overall a great powerful bike and definitely can compete with the now known name brand bikes on the market! ... show more

The bike has lots of power and super fun. Other than that it came in just a cardboard box, not a metal crate to protect it. I’ve ordered multiple motorcycles and big packages that have a metal crate and even then have had a damaged tire and brake caliper in the past. Those companies immediately shipped out an entire wheel and brake assembly for just a tire and a small leak. I have reached out about the wheel and the throttle, they have sent out a new throttle but no response in the bent wheel which is the big issue and haven’t been able to really take it out. I love the bike and have made modifications but I make it look and feel how I want. I replaced the kickstand bc it is too tall and the bike will fall over eventually if not replaced. It is technically a pit bike so seating position is pretty tight so I replaced with wider handle bars, bar risers and custom brackets to make the seating the same as a full size bike. That being said I have invested a lot into it to make it just right but with a bent wheel I can’t take it out to the trails and have no idea where to purchase a wheel for a random no name pit bike. So it’s been kind of a waste until I can figure out the wheel situation. This would be a 5 star review if the damage from the shipping could be replaced. ... show more

The first bike they sold me had broken welds and I was told it was wear and tear so I had to fix it myself when I only had the bike for 5 days…. The rims didn’t even have the spoke strip put on properly causing me to have a flat downhill hopefully the new bike is better because I got screwed out of a summer this time ... show more
