These E-bikes are fast, quiet, and big! We have two of them. I have got mine up to 44 mph and I weight 130 lb. My boyfriend weighs 230 lb and his top speed is 37 mph. The bike frame is made well but the accessory pieces such as the pedals are cheaply made. We had to order new pedals because my boyfriend’s broke off while riding. Something to think about because the pedals are collapsible for storage and because of that feature, it caused them to collapse while riding. Mine never did that but his did. Their customer support is very friendly and offered to fix the issue. We live on a very steep hill and the bikes are able to climb it with ease. The tires are very wide and we are able to ride on all-terrain. So overall, I really like this E-bike and we have been getting a lot of use out of them!

In short: Amazing bikes that are like an suv/all-terrain of bikes. I plan to use it as a car replacement, whenever possible, for tasks like grocery shopping and other tasks in town. Important: Ride with a helmet (that is the dad side of me speaking). Important 2: See my note in the Customer Service section about battery lights. The longer review: It took me a couple of hours to put together the bikes. Not because it was difficult, but because I have not done it in years. Now, after the first one, I probably can do it between 30 minutes and an hour (I work slowly). Everything was properly packed and wrapped. See below my compliments to the customer service, about my questions and the broken mirror (clearly happened during transport). The ride is very comfortable (a combination of the seat, full suspension, and the fat tires). However, the fun part is the power multiplier with either the Peddle Assist or the throttle only. I played with both, and I'm very impressed (as a regular person, and not a professional MTB rider) with how well they handle climbing steep hills. I switched between 1 motor and the 2, and amazed by the power (the fun, can repeat it enough) of using 2 motors. The only caveat with using 2 motors is the battery life. It drains twice faster. Therefore, for most of the time I used only 1 motor with paddle assist (which was plenty, and made me put some effort and less lazy) and switched to 2 when wanted. I bought a basket (not pictured) to make it useful for shopping (as stated above). My wish list (and that is me being spoiled): An adjustable seat (I don’t know what it's called). Also, I told customer care that once they have a solid-state battery, I will buy it. That will make the bikes from 5 stars to 500. Customer Service: They were great. They sent me a replacement mirror, no questions ask, after I showed a picture of it being broken, as I received it and clearly happened during transport. Also, I asked how to test the battery’s voltage, and they replied (see image) because I was concerned about the 2 green and 1 red. They explained that the Red is full, and then it goes down to the greens. A bit opposite from what we are used to, here in the USA, but it is what it is. I also asked about only 3 LED indicators when it feels there is room for the 4th, and they explained that 3 is it. It is not missing anything, and I can rely on the information on the digital screen. One last sentence: Helmet! wear a helmet and have fun.
