Bike is built solid and goes ~35mph. Using the lowest pedal assist setting you can cruise at 15mph with almost no effort and very little power draw. I recommend tightening all screws on the bike before first use. Getting the battery out is very possible, but strenuous. I recommend the bike for people who can charge it without having to remove the battery.

July 14, 2026 Dear Amazon, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with a third-party seller, MTRSUE and the lack of resolution I received after purchasing an e-bike (TT EBIKE) through Amazon's marketplace. The e-bike I purchased arrived damaged and in an unusable condition. From the moment I discovered the damage, I made every reasonable effort to work directly with MTRSUE to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the seller failed to provide meaningful customer service, stopped responding to my communications, and refused to take responsibility for the defective product they sold. As a result, I was left with an e-bike that I cannot safely use and no assistance from the seller. When it became clear that MTRSUE had abandoned any effort to resolve the problem, I turned to Amazon because I trusted that purchases made through your marketplace would be supported when a seller failed to fulfill its obligations. I believed Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee existed to protect customers in situations exactly like this, where a product arrives damaged and a seller refuses to cooperate. Unfortunately, despite providing documentation and following the required process, I did not receive the protection I expected. I was willing to return the damaged bike, but I discovered that the shipping cost exceeded $2,000—more than the original purchase price of the bike itself. Requiring a customer to pay more to return a defective product than the product is worth is not a practical or reasonable solution. Because MTRSUE refused to communicate or issue a refund, I also filed a dispute with Affirm in an attempt to stop payments on a product that was unusable from the day it arrived. I submitted photographs of the damage and all requested documentation. Despite the seller's failure to respond to either me or Affirm, my dispute was denied, and I was informed that I must continue making payments until the loan is paid in full. I am now in the difficult position of paying more than $1,500 for an e-bike that I cannot use because the seller failed to stand behind its product and refused to resolve a legitimate issue. The financial burden and stress this situation has caused have been significant. While I understand that third-party sellers operate independently, customers choose to shop through Amazon because they trust the marketplace and expect reasonable protection when sellers fail to meet their responsibilities. In this case, MTRSUE provided inadequate customer service, refused to resolve the problem, and ultimately left me responsible for the cost of a defective product. I had hoped Amazon would intervene to ensure that I was treated fairly. Although I may never recover my financial loss, I sincerely hope Amazon will review how it handles situations involving third-party sellers who fail to communicate, refuse to honor their obligations, and leave customers without a workable resolution. Greater accountability for sellers would help prevent other customers from experiencing the same hardship. I strongly caution customers against purchasing from MTRSUE. Based on my experience, the company failed to provide customer support, refused to resolve a legitimate issue, and left me responsible for paying for an unusable product. This thing is fast! If you use both motors:). If you use 1 motor and pedal in the highest chain gear you get a good workout. Gears 2 through 5 fly. It’s a good bike overall.

Was delivered a day early!😁 Easy to unpack, not much direction (and picks a little clearer would be good), but pretty easy to set up. The mirrors cool, I enjoy the usb phone charger outlet and phone holder. Only issue is with iPhone 16 pro it had to be max wide which made it get in the way of shimano control. ( I ordered another Amazon holder with gooseneck😁). Front tire is easy to install. I do wish someone would explain that the red insert on front brake could just be pulled out with pliers instead of taking pin out…😇 But that was easy too. Bike is strong. Fits in my SUV so smooth when folded. Battery charged in 6 hours. I removed it right away then continued putting bike together, while it charged. 6 miles so far, really comfortable, and 1 motor is getting me around at about 16 mph. 2 motor brings a lot more power. As a big guy I really like this bike so far and am happy.

Good quality e-bike. I’m only 5’-6”, I can ride the bike fine, I’m not exactly standing on the tips of my toes but I’m not standing flat footed when at a standing stop. The bike is as they’ve advertised. I like the bike’s flexible folding design, good suspension and it has a nice look too! It was shipped fast and assembly was pretty easy. Definitely would recommend to others.
