It's a pain, but it's my fault. I have been using a high powered fan, but I was figuring that's just spreading out the moisture. When we have had leaks at my work, they used a dehumidifier like this, and I saw how quickly it filled up and how effective it was at making sure there was no damage or mold growth. This unit seemed to be quite efficient and effective. It got right to work and pulled quite a bit of moisture away. It's not loud. My daughter was still actually able to sleep in her bed. Other units I have seen be louder and more annoying. I will need to research any other uses that I can find, but with everything being so humid in FL, I'm sure it's going to be put through its paces.

Very happy with this dehumidifier. We’ve tried to before, but never really pulled the moisture out of the air like this one. I picked this one because it has a specific dry feature and being in an RV sometimes we need to just get the moisture out. It is very quiet. The drain hose allows for continuous running and being off grid. It still does not pull that much power.

I’m really impressed with this dehumidifier. It pulls a lot of moisture out of the air quickly and keeps my home comfortable, even during humid summer days. This dehumidifier runs so quietly that we can keep it on at night while we sleep and no one gets bothered, which really helps in our small house. It has 4 little wheels and a handle on the side, so instead of lifting it, I just roll it from room to room, which makes things easier, especially when the tank is full. There are two ways to drain it. In the bathroom, I use the included hose to set up continuous draining near the floor drain, which works well. It also has a built-in water tank, and I tested it to make sure it shuts off when full, which it does, and a little light turns on to remind me to empty it, so there’s no risk of water spilling over. It’s designed with helpful safety features too, like automatic shut-off and a memory setting that saves my last setup even after a power outage. The child lock feature is great because my son can’t mess with the settings, even if he presses every button. Cleaning is simple too. The air filter comes out easily and is washable, which keeps the air quality better inside. Since using this, our house feels less damp, laundry dries faster, and I’m hoping this will help us avoid mold problems down the line.
