These small to medium sized clamps are super helpful around the yard and otherwise. They’re easy to squeeze open, and they hold a firm grip. Be careful with touching the inside of them, though, as they’re pretty jagged in there, and they could totally cut you. I love how sturdy they are and that this order includes so many of them, so I’m sure I won’t need more for quite a long time. So far so good- these have some spring in them. I didn't measure first so they didn't fit my first low hoop house-- but they do fit on one I bought from Aldi. Not certain on how long they'll hold up, but since they're metal I think they'll last longer than plastic clips.

The media could not be loaded. these clamps are very versitle and can be used in a variety of applications, whether indoors or out since they are stainless steel. I'm using them to clamp down the netting to the raised garden bed but will also be using them to secure clothing to the clothesline we have outside as they seem to fave a firmer and tighter grip them the ones i'm currently using for that purpose. Also will be using this to secure the 1/4 irrigation tubing to the wall of the garden beds... ... show more

    • Make it easy to attach netting to fences or poles
For years I had a pretty large garden in our side yard. I love tomatoes, but I had an issue with the neighborhood birds. They have a right to live just like the rest of us. They always loved my tomatoes, and I wouldn't have minded if they had just picked out a nice juicy one and concentrated on that. But noooo. They had a peck a hole in several tomatoes, ruining all of them instead of just one. Obviously something had to be done. I decided to install garden netting over the plants. These garden clips would have been perfect for that purpose, if only I had had some. Now I just have a few tomatoes in the yard, but I still have the birds. I use these to attach the netting to a fence that runs along the property line. The netting completely encloses the plants and the birds are forced to look elsewhere. These clips are easier and more convenient to use than twist ties, velcro, or string, all of which I have tried. These attach quickly and easily and can be removed to gain access to the fruit. I got these clips because I figured they would be versatile, and I was not wrong! they are great for all kinds of things, and not just in the garden. I did need some extra clips to keep my shade cloths from moving around so much, and these work great to secure them to the poles I have. They hold nice and tight, and they have the perfect shape at the end to fit around the poles. They will work nicely when I use my frost cloth and/or tarps over the PVC arches I built, as they will clip perfectly onto the PVC as well. They also function well as chip or bag clips, clothespins, or for anything you need to hold together. For $4.99 for 50, you can't beat the price either! Great little set of clips! ... show more

I feel bad not knowing this product earlier. It's lightweight, rustproof, and sunproof, with a strong spring, yet at such an economical price. I just throw away those plastic clamps, the wood cloth hanging clams. I no longer need to worry about stains from the rusty metal part of those clamps. This is a product that you can find a ton of uses for, which is one reason I was happy with the quantity. The value is great with the amount you get (total of 50 clips). I got these for several reasons but one was to close chip bags and these work great. We always seem to have some thing else using the chip clip we already had when we need it, so this will solve that issue. When pinched to open, these open wide with very little force and they clamp down tight. I recommend only touching the outer side, as the interior side is slightly sharp. ... show more
