Perfecta
Size: 50 inch
The media could not be loaded.

Completely damaged and a hazard to use
Size: 70 inch
It was obviously used and not checked before being sent. It had drywall still on it. Missing pieces. Bent, dinged, scratched. Its a hazard to use and is practically junk at this point. Should have never been sold to us.

Product corners were damaged
Size: 50 inch
The item was damaged on 2 of the corners. Due to being under time constraints I did not have the time to send it back and wait for a replacement.

Wow!!
Size: 40 inch
The media could not be loaded. We love this fireplace. It was super easy to setup and use right out of the box. You can attach it to the wall or recess it into the wall. It is super quiet but puts out a lot of heat. It has a touch screen and remote, nice to have both options. The different colors are amazing and vibrant. Never thought we would find something so nice for a great price.

The log set is a joke -sticks not logs. Flame is not great.
Size: 50 inch
Fire flame is not like shown on their picture. No where near the flame height or brightness. I purchased this FP because there was less frame and the log set. There is NO frame or reveal so the opening has to be exact. No room for error. Now having to order a $50 log set to get the stand look of a FP with logs not sticks. Haven’t operated the unit other than the initial startup process. Will update if anymore issues.

Worth it!
Size: 50 inch
Love the 50” fireplace, we were looking for something with a thin bezel. Excellent quality and it still looks and works great after a year of use, zero issues so far. Easy to enjoy, reliable, and a really nice upgrade to the space. Highly recommend.
