I ordered this hose in order to extend my hose. It fit perfectly and the manufacturer sent a bunch of extra washers to ensure a good fit which I thought was a nice touch and very helpful. It works great and there are no leaks. I will say the hose can be a bit hard to handle at times, only with trying to wind it up onto my hose wheel. It just fights back a bit and can be a bit clumsy and heavy. It rarely ever kinks which is great and when it does it’s pretty easy to get it out. Overall, it feels like a well made hose that will last for a long time. Time will tell! ... show more

I like that the hose did not leak as there are washers that come with this great hose. I like the length of the hose. The hose did not kink on me once water was in the hose and pressurized. I like the feel of the hose as it feels very solid and strong but it really is not that heavy of a hose for the durability it has. I like that you can wind it back up when your done and its not all twisted up from just using it and recoiling in a mess. It does not do that. I only put 50 lbs. of pressure in it. The ends feel secure and solid when connections are mode to a spigot, as well as a connection to a hand sprayer. Over all the hose is durable does not kink, looks nice and is flexible as it states in the description. I really like this hose and it has worked will with all the use I have put it through. I recommend this as I find no reason not to give this 5 stars. ... show more

Its flexible but kinks way too easy to be able to use and move around. If it is a stationary hose I don't think it would be a bad deal, this one just does not work if you're needing to water plants and drag the hose around.

This is a nice hose. It is very flexible, it's not as stiff as the heavy duty hoses I normally get that big chain hardware stores. It's better and thicker than the cheaper hoses at the same box stores. For the price it is really competitive to the heavy duty hoses. The product page mentions it doesn't kink, I can attest that this claim isn't 100% accurate. Unwind the hose and the small loops it has, it does kink and limit the water flow, tho on the plus side it unkinks fairly easy. Anyone that's used a cheaper hose the kinks easily knows that trying to unkink those hoses isn't done by a quick flick of the hose, you usually have to go the kinked spot and undo it by hand. This hose however, a quick flick and it loosened the kink and began water flow again. Now, after getting the hose unfurled out of the package and using outside for a while, the small loops straightened out and the risk of kinking reduced drastically. Hose holds up fine, comes with extra washers, haven't had an issue with leaking yet. I like the hose for the cost. ... show more

I really have no way of testing the claims of the manufacturer (“burst 600 PSI”, “3-layer reinforced structure rubber,” “Working water pressure is 200PSI” etc.). All I know is that it is a nice lightweight hose for watering the shrubbery. Seems sturdy enough but is a bit shorter than expected. However, to be fair, the length is clearly disclosed several times in the product description. Unfortunately, the product description photo does tend to make the hose look a bit longer than it really is. It was suitable for my needs, and seems well constructed, which is all I really need from a garden hose. ... show more
