Love everything about the appliance and give it one star short of perfect for installation as the connector between the glass and the fireplace is tough to separate and I feared breaking it during the install process. During the install process we had to get the unit in and out of the recessed box (we built) a couple of times to ensure a good fit and I really had a tough time separating the connector and hoping it would not flake out on me. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pretty well built and packaged fireplace - it is absolutely mesmerizing with a high quality finish.
