This light was very easy to assemble and install. It is just the right size over our dining table and looks beautiful. The shades are a little taller than I though they would be but that’s fine! The only thing we didn’t like about this light was it was hard to know when you had twisted on each arm to be at the right angle. It took a bit of fidgeting to get them all straight. Great chandelier but instructions could be made easier to follow (reason for 4/5). Think directions need pictures of parts through the steps. But if you have a handy person that knows electrical also, you're good to go. Took me around 10min to put everything together (took me longer to unwrap everything). This is really wrapped up for safe shipping, as in every piece is wrapped to keep from being scratched up. Actually comes with a decent wrench to tighten nuts on light bars, I actually kept it. Normally I toss the tools included right from get-go. If you need to shorten chain, let it be known, the chain is pretty good grade and tough to bend so bring a good set of pliers (maybe two pairs). Once all was done and connected, we love it. Goes perfect with what we are going for! We're thinking of buying another for a small office in the future. ... show more
