I think everything is clear from the photos, and it’s obvious why so many people are getting burns. How could such a good idea be ruined so carelessly? The locking tabs in the base of the curling iron are very short and also uneven, and the tabs on the attachments are all different. The worst one is on the triple barrel attachment — it’s terrible. Why would they make the thinnest tab, and even angled, on the heaviest attachment? It’s so illogical that there are no words. I think the other three attachments should hold better, but it’s still a risk because the tabs in the base are very small. Over time, from the heat, they may change slightly, and that could lead to something bad. I like the idea, and I’m sorry to return it, but I don’t want to take the risk and end up with serious burns on my body. The way the developers treated the most important thing — customer safety — really shocks me. On the heaviest triple attachment, the fastening is the worst — it has the lowest tab height. The problem is that if it comes loose, it won’t fall to the floor; it will just hang on your hair and start burning you. You won’t be able to detach it quickly because there will be no base to hold onto, and it will be extremely hot. Yes, you might get lucky and this may not happen, but the risk of ending up with a burn that could take years to heal is quite high.

Great holiday gift - good money value. Gave this to my mother-in-law and she says she really loves it and it works good. Curling quality is nice and its easy to use. She said the speed and temp control were decent as well. Came in the mail sooner than expected and the packaging is nice, light, and slim. Perfect for wrapping.
