The product is amazing. Works great and when a piece was broken during shipment and delivery, the company was able to send a replacement piece with no issue. I would recommend this product to everyone and anyone who is wanting to try making cups, shirts, hats and etc. It is easy to use and to setup.

The machine itself heats as it should. It's VERY difficult trying to figure out how to set the temp and the timer. I've managed (after a YOUTUBE video) to figure out how to set the heat setting, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to set the timer to what I need it set to....even with the YOUTUBE video. It came with instructions, but they were absolutely no use whatsoever. I probably wouldn't buy this again because it's so hard to figure out the settings, but if I did, I would have purchased a bigger one. I tried to do a return (for a bigger one) and was approved, if I paid for return shipping. Not the shippers fault, but when I put in the reason I wanted the return (wanted bigger) they didn't offer for me to pay the difference for a bigger one. Had they offered that, I would have paid for shipping it back for the exchange. Better instructions would have been helpful.

I love this press. Though I don't understand how to get the timer and such to work. That is an issue but thankfully I do know how to count and use a timer on my phone. The shirt press area is a bit small but it does work fine for what I need it for. I am just a cricut hobbiest. I have used one of the mug presses which worked out great for me. I do like the fact that the shirt press bottom area slides out as well as the top swings to the side. Those are just a couple of the things I have done with my press

have to wait for temp to get back up. ordered 12 by 10 the one sent was smaller than that barely a 12 by 9. will upload photos later. The connector seem flimsy like they can lose connection easily. Would give zero stars for losing heat and it being to small than ordered. contacted company they said to send photos and they will decide. decide what if it is smaller than ordered????

I did research, read reviews, then used gift cards given by my sons to buy this (to make gifts for them, of course.) Box was good shape. But the warehouse pick label label with my name was off center and under it was a label to a man two towns away. When I opened the box, from the top, the item was upside down and the fitted Styrofoam was busted. All attachments were loose. The bottom piece of foam was upside down and turned out it should have been the top piece, because there were sections for each attachment. Could be an Amazon fulfillment issue, so I kept unpacking. It was heavy, welds seemed good and consistent. Buy there was a sizable dent in the largest mug attachment. So, I repackaged it (properly) and returned it. My refund was issued to my account two hours after I dropped it off at the UPS store. Instructions sucked. But they included a new free tshirt and hat to practice on. Despite this, I trust my research on this company and I will try buying a different model from them again and hope it is new. Or back it goes.
