Perfect tank for my betta fish. Enough room for him to explore and thrive while not being too difficult to clean. My only complaint was that the siphon was a little hard to use (I had to vigorously shake it for a minute or two as opposed to the light shake in the instructions) but I'm unfamiliar with these devices so this could be the norm. ... show more

Good but not great. The magnetic cleaver isn’t magnetic at all. It’s just two sponge things. Definitely put it where you want it THEN fill it up because the glass felt like it was going to crack under the pressure of moving it. I ended up draining it then moving and refilling

I am really happy with the quality of this fish tank. I have several shrimp tanks in my house and I love to watch the small shrimp walk around and I also have some snails in there. This is really a great starter kit for anyone. It has everything you need including a really great filter and light source. I was happy with the ease of the setup and everything fits together and looks well as a set. The glass is thick and definitely is glued together well so I don't have to worry about leaks for a while. Everything seems to be nice functioning order and shipping was well packaged. I really like the gravel cleaner and I can use this in any tank that I have throughout my house. I filled the tank up and let it sit for about a week before putting any animals in there. I like the nice design of the top with the whole so I can feed them and then cover the up with the circular piece that comes with it nicely and easily. The filter definitely keeps the water clean and I will have to clean it probably every couple months which it seems to be easy to take apart and put together. ... show more
