The thickness is just right. Not too thick but still comfortable on knees and back. Feels sturdy with shoes but also nice barefoot or in socks. I also use it for foam rolling and it works perfectly. My home gym needed something to protect the flooring. This mat does the job. I do have it on carpet and it does tend to move a bit. I expected that. But my sweat angels show it is doing the job! Seems pretty durable. I’ve had it about 6 months and it’s still in like new condition.

This was perfect for my needs, and I am happy with it. My only complaint is that although the surface is designed to be nonslip, the material itself is slick and therefore difficult to get traction on with bare feet.

Decent quality mat, but it’s definitely not the dimensions listed on the ad. It’s about 2” short of 6ft and 4ft length and width, and it’s only about 1/4” thick which is around 6.35mm not the promised 10mm. However, for the price I’m happy with it and will be keeping.
