It's not one of those super hard,not bendable, bottom rugs; but it's not super duper soft like a bath mat either. It's a nice almost middle: Hard ●●●|●● soft It lies here where the line is. Fur is about 1.5in high. Folding lines come out slowly Whenever it starts getting dirty... I might try to wash it but I'd probably just buy another. Only depends how poor I am at the time ... show more

This is the second rug like this that I have purchased for my classroom. Sweeps up okay. Usually I shake it out. I’m careful with it but for the look and the price it’s great! Had the first one in my resource room for 2 years and just replaced it.

Very soft and pretty rug for the price. The only complaint is it comes folded, and it takes some walking on it to get the fold marks out. Other than that, I highly recommend!
