Overall, a very neat device for recreation, sport, or whatever uses one may find for night vision binoculars. One important thing to note is these are night vision BINOCULARS, not night vision goggles. That being said, the difference, is these have a default level of zoom so close range viewing is not advised. For example, the sample pictures I've provided were taken in my apartment at about 30-40 ft away. That was taken of a closet, through a walk-through bathroom, in a bedroom. Obviously with a non-zoomed device, I'd be able to see a lot more. So again, these are BINOCULARS. Performance-wise, these seem to live up to my expectations. I haven't been able to fully test the max effective range but taking them outside (sorry I didn't get pics for this review) was well over several hundred feet with plenty of luminosity even on level 1 of 3. I would imagine this has a relatively very far range and will be doing more tests later. The buttons are easy to use, build quality seems good, and package contents are useful. Included is a rigid soft-shell carrying case, fabric drawstring pouch with USB-C charging/data transfer cable (not sure why the pouch), manuals, the binoculars themselves, and neck strap. The neck strap could've included clips to quickly attach and detach but that's not a big deal. The binoculars themselves are great for viewing as the screen is a good resolution and has good brightness. The buttons illuminate given this will be used during the dark. There is a built-in LED flashlight with flashlight and strobe mode that also functions while the gadget is powered off for emergency use. The camera and video record functions are simple and transferring data via USB-C is quite straightforward. Included is also a 32GB microSD card. Last note, the final picture I included is a picture from the binoculars using the night-time mode, without the use of IR lights. This provides a higher exposure without using IR lights. While this uses IR light instead of more advanced night vision technology used by military and law enforcement, it performs well under my testing conditions. I have no complaints about this and would recommend this to anyone looking for a semi-inexpensive use case for night vision binoculars.
