Chipset is older legacy Chipset so it will not use the newer drivers, and nothing is being developed for it. Works with Win10 and it is a good card for everyday computing, but I would not recommend it for gaming, specifically on the Win 10 home edition or Windows 11. Card crashes for almost all high-resolution games on Steam, Xbox and Epic Games. So far, the only game it does not crash on is Minecraft. Well give you a heads up, this is an older card made to look uptodate, ity does not need add on power from the power supply, it looks nice but the max res is 1080, sor if you have a 4k tv and most people do, this card will disappoint you as it hase me,bummer.

    • Do any cards you sell work?
I don't think any of these video cards work right at all. I spent my month period trying to figure out why it wouldn't work with the desktop I have. Because I belive in trying every possible situation by troubleshooting the part before just sending it back and maybe the same thing happens. This card got here May 1st. At first I only had 1 desktop and two laptops. Oh and trust me, I even tried the laptops, I bought a e2mc to usb chord, (e2mc is the new smaller adaptors for solid state hard drives and wireless cards, and yes you can plug into that put your card on a riser) Basically I tried everything. On the first card, I bought from this company it didn't work. With anything! I feel like the day it came in was the day I woke up and stepped into the outer ring of hell. Anything involving this product turns into work wasted. Can I at least send it back to you guys so I can get this paperweight of a reminder of this off my desk? ... show more

The installation program didn't work. Started to run but froze up. Half the instructions (actually screenshots of the install program) are in Chinese, and the rest are in something that looks like English but is pretty confusing and incomprehensible. (See scan of part of the instructions.)
