The radio is a great upgrade in my 21 Mustang GT. Going from a 4.2" screen to this monster screen is a huge improvement! All controls for vehicle work as should and sounds great! When I had the unit installed, it turned out 1 plug would not fit so the rear camera would not work. I contacted the seller, told of the issue, they sent it to their engineers, who realized they had made a mistake, owned it and IMMEDIATELY sent a new harness which I had installed 1/13 and all works perfectly! The customer service(looking at you Michael Liu) was extraordinary from the time I contacted Michael till the new harness was installed and working as it should. I never waited more than 24 hours for a reply and this was over Xmas holiday. They have made what could have been a problematic situation and made it right without question, even impressing my installer with their customer service and the radio is absolutely fantastic!!! Very HAPPY customer right here!

Let me start by saying I hope this review includes the Verified Purchase label. I was skeptical seeing that neither of the other two reviews did, but took a chance on this radio. I am SO GLAD I did. I previously tried the Linkswell radio (Gen 5) and had a nightmarish experience with AC controls, crackling sound and voice delays/echos while on a phone call using Wireless CarPlay. This radio has NONE of those issues. 100% plug and play. No settings needed to be changed to ensure the AC controls worked. Installation was super simple, I didn’t even need the instructions or video, but both are included in the box (via QR code) for those who aren’t as familiar with installing car stereos as I am. Picture in Picture works great, I was able to install the NFL app and stream a live video feed over the Apple CarPlay screen. Audio settings needed some tweaking, since even level 1 on volume was near-deafening. I had to turn off the touchscreen beep and reduce the output level in the factory settings mode, but that was really easy to do. All things considered, this couldn’t be a cooler birthday present to myself. It’s a bit pricey, but I think it’s well worth it.
