Had it for less than a day and propeller broke on one side causing it to drift one direction and snapped in half over all.. fun while it lasted. Enough play time for one battery.

It works really good however one of the batteries is already broken after a week I don't know how it broke but the connection won't hook up I mean I really truly like the toy itself but I paid for two batteries and one's already broken...

I purchased this product I few months ago for my son as a birthday present. He was turning 13 and wouldn't mention anything in particular he wanted so I wasn't sure how he would react. Thankfully, he loved it and had no trouble getting it flying (this is the first time he has used an RC item like this) almost immediately after getting it out of the box. It holds his attention better than I expected and it is something that even months later he still uses a great deal. Unfortunately, a fan blade was recently damaged simply because he had a tendency to be rough on things and even though extra blades were included none of the extras had the correct letter associated with the damaged blade. I have been unable to find any contact information for 4DRC to call and find out where I could purchase more replacement parts or what parts would be compatible. Amazon support says without the order ID to pull up the invoice they can't provid me with any type of contact information with 4DRC which seems kind of crazy considering they are selling there product but since it was purchased on an Amazon account I no longer have access to I can't provide them with the order ID. I wrote this in hopes that someone may come across it that may have had to purchase replacement parts for this RC plane and would be kind enough to reply where they were able to get these parts, contact information for 4DRC, or even compatible replacement parts that worked for them. Without that fan blade the plane won't fly and I would hate for such a seemingly simple issue that can be fixed if I was able to get in contact with the seller. I would recommend anyone considering this product to purchase it and to purchase the protection plan just in case or to at least take the time to contact Amazon once it arrives with the order ID so that Amazon can provide them with contact information directly to the manufacturer just to be on the safe side. The product is definitely worth the money and I don't regret the purchase just wish contacting the manufacturer or their contact information was easier to find.
