  • Truly amazing and made in the USA
Color: A66 Black
I’ve been using the Alfine A66 4D massage chair for three weeks now, and I must say, it’s been a game changer. The sleep massage feature is absolutely perfect for winding down before bed; it’s incredibly soothing and helps me relax. Connecting my iPhone via Bluetooth makes it even better—sometimes I find myself drifting off to sleep! For muscle soreness and joint discomfort, the comfort massage option works wonders. Our neighbor came over to try it out, and all we could hear were their delighted exclamations! It’s hard to believe how far technology has come since the massage chair we had from the late '90s; the difference is truly remarkable. I would suggest it to anyone young or old and only three steps to put it together ... show more

  • Feature Packed Massage Chair
Color: A66 Black
I've been really enjoying this massage chair so far. This is my first massage chair, so I don't have a whole lot of experience with them, but I did a lot of research and landed on the A66. It's got all the features I wanted with no glaring deficiencies. I particularly enjoy the foot roller and the airbags. The SL track hits where I want it to hit (for the most part), and as I learn how to use it I'm enjoying it more and more. I think the chair itself looks great, and it's not too large or cumbersome. Compared to some other chairs I was looking at, this one was about 50-70 pounds lighter which was nice for setup and positioning. There are a couple areas I would've like to see improved, but not enough to diminish my overall opinion. - I wish the heat feature got a little more toasty. The heat is very minimal in my opinion. - I initially was concerned that you simply couldn't turn off the foot roller, but I figured out how to do that (no mention of the foot roller in the manual). For anyone else who comes across this, in the bottom left corner you'll see "Roller 1 2 3". That's the strength (I assume) of the foot roller, and if you simply tap the number that's currently selected it'll deselect it entirely and disable the foot roller. - I was also worried that the back rollers weren't strong enough in the low-to-mid back area, but after playing around with the manual options I figured out how to get more power there. You need to turn on the "4D Method" under Technique, then when it has your back in the position you want, deselect "4D Method" and it'll stay put, allowing the rollers to go to town on that singular spot with more pressure. - I do wish it was easier to truly pinpoint a spot on your body with the desired pressure and technique rather than having to select and deselect 4D Method, but once you get the process down it's not bad. I also see a similar quirkiness with choosing the width of the rollers (narrow to wide). On some techniques the software doesn't let you change the width, but if you switch to another technique, change the width, then go back to the original technique you'll get what you want. - Lastly I'm not super impressed with the voice recognition - it seems to catch the TV more often than the actual command from my voice. Don't let the list of desired improvements detract from the 5 stars - it's an outstanding chair with fantastic features. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to others. ... show more

  • Demands your attention
Color: A66 Black
Was a Birthday and Christmas gift for my wife ($$). She loves it. Only complaint she's had so far is the voice command feature. It easily confuses nearby conversations as a command and yells out an acknowledgement of some sort. Very annoying. If you turn the voice feature off then it constantly beeps. So we have to turn power to chair off after every use. Switch is grpund level at the back which is against a wall. Nit great. I'll contact their tech support if i can't figure it out. When i do I'll come back and give it a 5 star. Also, I'm disappoint in the neck/shoulder region message ... show more

  • UPDATE: Changing my stars
Color: Black
UPDATE APRIL 10 March 27 was the video call. The gentleman walked me through finding an actual error code, then he needed to research it. The following day he sent a video of the parts he would order--2 circuit boards, then schedule someone to come out for the installation. I guess the parts did not have to come from china, as I actually received them in less than a week! Yay! HOPE! So I text the tech that they were in. Heard nothing for a few days, so yesterday I call for an update. They said they were negotiating with a local (to me) tech to come install the parts. Then, JUST as I was ready to end the call, the lady mentioned that if I wanted to install them myself, they would send me a free gift since they wouldn't have to pay a tech to install. I'm very handy and am used to fixing anything I can, so OF COURSE I will install them myself. I had just assumed that would not be allowed for the sake of warranty. She said she would put through the email letting them know and they would actually send me a video of how to do it. I never received the video, but that wasn't necessary. The tech had already given me a video showing which parts they would order. So within the hour I had the chair working again! Hubby was thrilled when he came home from work. And last night around 11pm, I celebrated with a cup of ice cream....then crawled in the massage chair. Within 5 minutes of the massage I was so relaxed that I fell asleep in the chair---just like old times!...good thing it has a 20 minute timer. (By the way, I do love the feature that when the timer is done, it just stops massaging and leaves you cradled there as you sleep) Fast forward to 2:30am ....hubs came looking for me. Gently kissed me on the forehead to wake me up and go to bed. The HEAVENLY night of sleep was wonderful. Today, April 10 I received a phone call confirming that the chair was working again and that my free gifts ("massage gun and mat") will be shipping out today. I'm sure hubs and I will be fighting over who falls asleep in the chair tonight. So very happy to have it working again. Conclusion: If your chair has issues, go through the warranty process, get the parts, fix it yourself, and be sure to get your free gift! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Chair Ordered Oct 5 2024. Used a few times each week by 2 adults. The chair started making noises early January. By January 15 it would no longer roll up or down the back, making it useless. Jan 22 i started a claim through the warranty service, even doing a video call with a technician, the same day who took me through the menu to the chinese code screen. He had me try different things to narrow down what the code was. He said he was ordering the part. It would be delivered to me then a tech would come to install it. Feb 4 i hadn't received or heard anything from them. So I call for an update. The lady said "oh, the parts come from China. It will take a while." Fast forward to today March 25 and I call for an update. They claim they have no record of my video call, have no idea who the tech was and that they sent me a email requesting the error code February 4th. ... But the email would have come from the tech. So they have no record of who he is. I searched my email and find Nothing from February 4th. So now a technician will call me to start the process all over. Yeah, I'm not too happy. Husband's ready to chunk it in the dumpster. Maybe I'll be able to change my one star if the chair ever gets fixed. Meanwhile I feel like I wasted my money. Would I recommend it to my friends? No. Not to an enemy either. Oh wait a development as I write this.... A tech just called to schedule a video meet.... kind of sounds like the first guy I talked to January 22. Hoping for the best. ... show more

  • Broken Promises
Color: A66 Black
The White Glove service never showed up! Had to assemble this massive chair myself. The yoga stretch feature is awkward and actually hurt my back. Bluetooth speakers sound tinny. Already making weird noises after 2 weeks. Save your money and avoid this headache.
