I’m writing a pretty thorough review because I really appreciate detailed reviews when I’m making a more expensive purchase. There weren’t any in depth reviews available when I bought this chair, so I was definitely taking a bit of a leap and hoping it would work out well! I’ve now owned the chair for over six weeks and have used it almost every day, so this isn’t just a first impressions review. Hopefully my experience helps someone else who’s on the fence. I’m also writing this review while sitting in the chair in “Thai” mode lol. It’s so relaxing! We’re a family of six, and honestly this chair has become one of the most used things in our house! I bought it on June 19, 2026, as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. He laughed and said, “Happy Father’s Day to YOU!” because he knew I’d probably end up using it every day… and he was right! 😂 For reference, my husband is 5’11” and about 195 lbs, and finds it really relaxing. I’m 5’6” and about 145 lbs, and I use it almost every day for tension relief and sometimes after Jiu Jitsu or other workouts. I’ve actually fallen asleep in it multiple times because it’s so relaxing, which honestly surprised me! It has been wonderful for helping me unwind and relieve tension after busy or stressful days. Each massage starts with a 15 minute timer, but you can increase it in 5 minute increments by pressing the timer button that I showed in the pictures I uploaded. I usually keep pushing the button until I’ve gotten a 30 to 45 minute massage. All four of our kids love it too. It seems like one of them is in it every other day. It’s definitely become part of our family’s routine. One thing I really like is how customizable it is. The body scan adjusts the chair to your shoulders and body position before the massage starts, and the Manual mode lets you choose specific massage areas, adjust the intensity, and turn features like the airbags, foot rollers, LED lights, and heat on or off. Personally, I like the highest intensity setting, and I remove the back pad by flipping it over the back of the chair so I’m closer to the rollers for a deeper massage. It feels great to me. I normally choose the Strong, Motion, Neck, Back, and Thai massage modes. Those are my top favorites in that order. During the massage, you can also press Manual mode if you want it to focus longer on a certain area or change the massage style or other settings. On me, it reaches from right underneath my occipital bone all the way down to my glutes depending on which mode I choose. I thought it was worth mentioning that it’s a little more narrow than some of the other massage chairs we’ve tried, but not abnormally narrow. It fits all of us just fine and is very comfortable. Before buying this chair, we looked at everything from 20k massage chairs all the way down, but I got impatient. I finally impulse bought this one because, for the price, I figured it was worth a try. So far, I’m really glad I did. It has exceeded my expectations for what I paid. To compare it to the really high end chairs, there’s definitely a difference, and down the road we’ll probably get a more expensive one. But this one didn’t break the bank and does exactly what we need it to do. The delivery process was also incredibly easy. It arrived within two days! The Amazon delivery driver wheeled the large box right into our house. I happily tipped him $20 because that was above and beyond! It fit through our doorway without any issues. Assembly was surprisingly simple. I honestly could have put it together myself, it doesn’t take up much space and it even comes with a floor mat to place underneath the chair. Overall, so far, so good. No complaints at all. I just hope it holds up well over the years because it’s been a wonderful addition to our home and something our entire family genuinely enjoys using. If anything changes over time, I’ll definitely come back and update my review. A few extra things that might help future buyers: • It’s a smooth and pretty quiet chair. • There is an AI voice at the beginning of each massage while it scans your body position. • There are voice command options you can use to turn on the chair, increase the intensity, and perform other functions. The key words you can use are printed on the back of the remote. • You can also turn off the LED lights on the remote. • To lower the AI voice volume, say, “Hi Massage Chair.” Once it responds, say, “Lower volume.” It took me a little while to figure that one out. I also uploaded a video showing it in action. Don’t mind the little shaking when the massage starts lol. That’s just the chair kicking in! Overall, I highly recommend it! Absolutely terrific massage chair

I purchased this massage chair about six months ago for my media room after my old chair finally broke. My previous chair only provided a basic back massage, but this one is in a completely different league. In addition to an outstanding back massage, it massages the arms, legs, and even the feet with built-in rollers. It also has a heating function, allowing you to enjoy a warm massage at the same time. I've been dealing with back problems, and the combination of massage and heat has provided tremendous relief. In many ways, it's been more beneficial than physical therapy—and certainly much less expensive. After six months of regular use, we've had absolutely no issues. I have several grandchildren who constantly argue over whose turn it is to use the chair, and they press every button imaginable. Despite all that use, it has performed flawlessly. I honestly can't say enough good things about this chair. It's comfortable, reliable, and delivers an excellent massage every time. I recommend it without the slightest reservation. ... show more

This mom finally gets a break

I stay at home with two little kids – lots of carrying, bending, and sleeping in weird positions on the couch. My neck and shoulders have been killing me for months. I kept talking myself out of this because of the price. But honestly? Best thing I've bought for myself in years. It came already put together – I just snapped the screen on and plugged it in. No tools, no help needed from my husband. Used it during naptime today and holy cow, the 4D neck program dug right into those knots. The zero gravity position made me feel like I was floating. Even the heat on my lower back was a nice surprise. I never get time to go out for a massage. Now I just walk to my living room. Totally worth it if your body is tired and you have zero childcare backup. 😅 ... show more
