I’m a dad in my 40s and I run three to four times a week. My calves and ankles are always tight, especially after trail runs. This chair has been a complete game changer — not just for the back, but the ankle twist massage. The moment it kicks in, you feel the airbags wrap around your feet and ankles, and then rotate and stretch gently. It’s not painful — it feels like someone holding your ankles and slowly working them out. After a long run, that’s the kind of relief I usually only get from a physical therapist. I didn’t think a massage chair could do anything for ankles — most chairs just squeeze the feet. But this one actually rotates and loosens the ankle joint, and you can feel the pressure release all the way up into the calves. If you stand all day, run, or just deal with sore feet, I promise that ankle rotation feature is worth it. I use it three nights a week, and my legs recover faster. Highly recommend!

I used it about 2 weeks and it's pretty impressive. The 4D rollers follow the curve of my spine and dig into the tight spots, lower back and neck feels better after using it.The motorized footrest extension is a hug advantage. I am 6'1'' and it adjusts perfectly so my legs don't feel cramped. This product reminds me of physical therapy, after long days sitting, my legs feel lighter and relax. The setup also very easy, it's heavy but also solid. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who cares about posture, recovery, or just want something that gives regular relief without go to spa outside.

Our family is extremely happy with this massage chair. We use it every day and love the variety of programs it offers. My son uses it after hockey to ease muscle tension, and I use it after work to relax and stretch before bed. There are many excellent programs—my favourites are the TCM Massage and Blood Circulation modes. I feel better right away after each session, and all my tension melts away. The air-walk foot massage and ankle stretching functions are especially wonderful and deserve special praise. At first, the leg airbags weren’t working, but the customer service team responded quickly. They connected us with an engineer on WhatsApp, and we discovered that an air pipe had come loose. Once we reconnected it, the chair worked perfectly. The massage pressure is strong, but easy to adjust using the controls. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase. After a long day, I always look forward to relaxing in the chair, watching a show on my iPad, and enjoying a soothing massage.
