These are very thick! If your shoes are a couple sizes too big, these will be great!! I'll keep them. They're so padded and easily trimmed to your size so comfort is likely. I just haven't found a shoe to use them in. But, if you need a heavily padded insole, these are for you!

I'm on my feet all day long on concrete floors. I didn't find that these insoles worked for me. I have a great pair of shoes, these insoles just didn't provide additional support.

So I cannot understand why these insoles have what looks almost like random moon-crater circles on them, only instead of indentations these are raised bumps. However, I can't argue with how they feel, and strange as they are they definitely help make basically any shoes I put them into more comfortable (and feel more sturdy, which I love). There's also a raised arch area so these are great for anyone feeling they need some arch support. My only suggestion when you get them is to look on the backside and cut them to match your specific individual shoe size. The difference may look minute but I swear it makes a huge difference.

I love these insoles. They’re super soft, breathable, and feel like a little cushiony cloud under my feet. The arch support and shock absorption are legit—I can be on my feet all day and still feel good by the end of it. I also like that they keep my feet cool and dry, even in warmer weather. Didn't need to trim to fit my shoes perfectly, and now I want a pair in every shoe I own. Great for walking, standing, or just giving your feet a break. Highly recommend. Im a size 7.5 - 8 5 stars – total game-changer for foot comfort.
